This vacation rental features a large living area with hardwood tile flooring and cozy furniture along with a beautiful kitchen with everything you need. There are three bedrooms which include the spacious master bedroom where the bed is facing the Gulf of Mexico. There is room and privacy for the whole family. Not only will you have a relaxing stay in this home, but you will also have all the comforts of home. Many upgraded extras include stainless steel appliances, hardwood tile flooring and ceramic tile throughout, brand new patio furniture, and TVs in all bedrooms and living.

Everything you need is nearby with Pier Park, shops and restaurants less than a mile away. Enjoy the resort pool, heated seasonally, hot tub, exercise and fitness room and so much more.

THINGS TO KNOW
Beginning on September 6th, 2023, the Sterling Breeze Homeowners Association will be starting a major elevator replacement project. During this time, there will only be one elevator operating on the property. There will be longer than usual waiting times during high occupancy.
Guests must pay an additional $50 registration fee.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Would stay again!

Our overall stay was good and worked for our family despite some of the dislikes and would consider the same room again but it would be nice if the second room had a king bed as well.

Great Space!

Beautiful view!!

This condo on floor 11 has a most beautiful view and excellent patio furniture by which to enjoy it. Great communication with friendly host. Furniture is comfortable, but dingy and stained. The kitchen is well equipped. The griddle was great and there is a starter supply of detergents and paper products. This condo does not include beach service-that is an extra cost. There are no beach chairs, beach toys, or beach towels for use as in other units. The outdoor grill works great and we used it often. If you want a comfortable place with a great view this is it. If you are searching for a modern, updated with newer amenities, this might not suit you. We enjoyed our stay.

Was clean but had issues!

There was not enough kitchen supplies and pots stuck. Ice maker barely made ice. The black coffee pot had to carafe, had to use white coffee pot that was in the cabinet. TV was very confusing. Hall bathrooms had a stopped up sink, we had to plunge out to drain.

Not as expected

At first inspection, the smoke alarms are hanging off the walls by the wires, the showers did not drain, contacted VACASA support who told me to plunge it. Blood stain on curtain in master, dirty living room chairs, unit could use updating for the money spent in comparison to other units in the area Beds were not comfortable, needs updating, can feel and gear springs popping, otherwise our stay was good.

1101 Sterling Breeze

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! The location is perfect. It is close to one of our favorite restaurants, Dusty's and you could walk to Pier Park. There were red flags while we were there so the kids couldn't swim in the ocean but there was a tide pool the kids played in and they said they want to stay at this condo every year because they enjoyed it so much. The condo was beautifully decorated and the bunk room and 3 bathrooms were a plus for our large group. If I could change anything about this condo it would be the mattress in the master bedroom. I had read the reviews so I was prepared for it. I wouldn't say it's the most uncomfortable bed in the world but it could definitely use an upgrade. The property management company was very engaged. I let them know about a broken door handle upon our arrival and they offered to send someone to repair it. We will definitely be back!

Terrible

The location is good. But the condo is not in a good state. The master bedroom mattress is worn out and is probably 100 years old. TVs are old and don’t get network. TV in the lounge doesn’t work. Everything felt a bit dirty. The barbecue was very very dirty. And some areas in the condo haven’t been cleaned for years it seems. WiFi also airport working. Called Vacasa and left a dozen messages. Sent emails. Not once did any of my emails were replied to. They assured me that they will call me back once they have spoken with the owner but they never called me back. And everytime I called the main vacasa number I was on hold for an hour. Twice I got through to them after an hour wait and I was told by them as well a few times that Christine or Kristen (someone with that kind of name) will call me back when “she has time” but she never found time to call back.

Nice condo

The view and balcony furniture also having electric grill on balcony, used 6 of 7 days a week. Also, love having a recliner in living room.The downside: Bed frames need replacement; living room couch and chairs need cleaning or replacement, refrigerator/freezer will need replacement because both doors have clunking sound when open or closed. We already booked it for December 2022-January February 2023. Hopefully everything will be taken care of by then.

Loved this room and Sterling Breeze in general

Beautiful room! Beautiful view! Incredibly clean and very spacious. Well stocked for cooking. Pool and hot tub were very nice and cleaned regularly! The master bed was uncomfortable but that’s our only complaint.

1101 was nice over all. Conveniently located across from the elevators, nice if you have a ton a luggage. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because there aren't any shelves in the showers to put shampoo, conditioner and soap on. No door for the bunk room. The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced.

Pros Bunkbeds very comfortable, very clean condo, balcony View w/grill!! The elevators here seem better than others in the area way less wait time even during high usages times. Cons Master Bed was hard.
