Our house has open floor plan that has been remodeled. It is centrally located in Scottsdale, Arizona...minutes from most events. The house is two story with 4 bedrooms, three considered master bedrooms. There are 3.5 baths, a very large kitchen with 3 French doors that open out on to the back patio and pool. The back yard is spacious with large pool, sports court, Ramada with large grill and grass area.

Buyer Beware!

Property owner cancelled our reservation just days before our trip. Cited a few different cryptic reasons including "major repairs", "broken air conditioner" and "property should not have been on the market for the month of March because of scheduled repairs". Who schedules major repairs on Scottsdale rental during the month of March? Property owner either found a renter at a higher number through alternate agency or found a renter direct to avoid VRBO fees and put my family in a difficult spot.
