STUNNIG Gulf View/BALCONY - 7th Floor @John's Pass

The new pool is now open, featuring a sun shelf! New construction condo, located on the 7th floor w/ fantastic views from the main bedroom, the living room & balcony! The condo is fully equipped and we have made sure we have everything you need to enjoy the beach or relax indoors. Our condo has high speed internet & laundry in the unit. We are less than a block away from Johns Pass Boardwalk & have beach access directly across the street... Join the action, relax, unwind!

We are located on the top floor of this condo building, accessed by elevator with an interior entrance off the hallway. We have electronic locks for your convenience throughout your stay. Upon entering the condo, you will see the balcony across the main space, wth the Gulf visible in the distance. The kitchen is part of the main space and has the essentials needed to cook meals at the condo, with seating for 6 in the dining space. The main bath and small bedroom are located down a hall across from the kitchen. This bedroom includes a queen bed and a TV, near the bathroom and laundry closet. The main bedroom is located off the living room and boasts a king bed and AMAZING views, with bath attached!
Thought the beach, boating and water sports are the main attraction, we do have access to a pool located in the parking lot adjacent to the condo. Though small, it is a great place to take the kids or have a quick dip to cool off, and has a jacuzzi as well.

Guests have access to the whole 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo with laundry inside. There is a small pool and hot tub on the property that guests also have access to, as well as a workout room in the neighboring building. Guests will have parking for 1 car in the parking garage on the first two floors of the building, and will then access the condo via elevator.

This condo is located in Madeira Bay Resort, which overlooks the Gulf of Mexico just across the street and John's Pass Boardwalk a block away. If you're looking to enjoy the beach, water activities, shopping and restaurants, this is an amazing location! Madeira Beach was named the #5 beach in America, competing with several other Gulf towns in the area. There is a grocery store within 2 miles of the condo, though there are many restaurants and bars in easy walking distance.

Guests will have access to parking for one car during their booked stay. Parking is limited directly in the beach areas, though there are paid lots and garages should you need to park a second car or have a visitor for the day.
Uber and Lyft are readily available, as well as the trolley system that travels between the local beach areas.
If you do not have a vehicle, there is so much you can walk to and delivery service options are available for groceries, food, liquor, baby equipment, etc.
- Responsible party booking and staying must be 25 or older
- This is a completely no smoking property, there is no smoking inside OR on balcony
- Linens are provided at the unit, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Additional supply must be purchased by guests. Cleaners will clean the unit upon checkout, however we ask that guests do the dishes and take out the trash before leaving, this prevents pests and odors
- Please be respectful of others by being reasonably quiet between the hours of 10pm and 8am (in the condo, on the balcony, in the halls, etc)
- Do not place hot items on the countertops or use them as a cutting board, the surface can be damaged
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
