***Whaler Tower 1 will undergo spalling repairs and painting throughout Fall 2024. Whaler 315 is currently scheduled to be affected from 10/21/24 to 11/29/24. The project will consist of refinishing the exterior building surfaces before painting the exterior walls, which may cause noise during working hours and will impact the state of the lanais (balconies). 4/16***

Partial pool and pool deck closures are anticipated between 8/19/24 and 9/13/24. At this time the pool will reopen fully and the BBQ area and part of the pool deck will continue to be affected from 9/16/24 to 10/25/24. The BBQ area will be available for use after 5:30 pm daily. Schedules are subject to change and rates are discounted to compensate.**
