Newly renovated 1 room apartment with equipped kitchenette, (electric stove), bed and sofa bed and separate toilet with washing machine and bathroom for rent in a residential and commercial building in Eislingen Fils by the day or by the week to rent! Very good transport links to the bus and train station! The train station is a 10 minute walk, shopping and restaurants in the immediate vicinity! For monthly rentals we grant a one-time 10% discount on the total price max. 600 euros. Final cleaning is made by us for a flat rate of 50 €. Towels, bed linen are provided, change once a week. Toilet paper is provided.
Price per night 40 Euro per night single bed! Each additional person 25 euros per person per night!

Schöne, neue, kleine Wohnung in Zentral -Eislingen

Modern eingerichtet, mit Wlan, Magenta TV und Radio, Senseo-Kaffeepad-Maschine, schönem kleinen Bad und allem, was man für ein paar Tage braucht eingerichtet. Im 2. Stock, gleichzeitig Dachgeschoss - daher für 2m- Menschen wie mich teilweise recht niedrig - aber sehr ruhig gelegen. Mc Donalds, Burger King, Edeka mit Bäcker etc. in der Nähe. Ich hatte für meine Konferenz in Schwäbisch Gmünd eine guten Erholungsort und tiefen Schlaf. Gerne mal wieder...

Einfach, aber sauber.

FeWo liegt in einem kleinen Industriegebiet in einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Einige Treppen sind zu bewältigen, die Wohnung liegt im 2. OG. Ausstattung der Wohnung ist einfach gewählt und neu. Ein kleiner (Klapp-)Tisch könnte sie vervollständigen. Ansonsten ist alles vorhanden, was man in einer kleinen FeWo erwartet und es ist sauber.
