During the summer, try horseback riding or rent a boat for a day on Pineview Reservoir to water ski, wakeboard or fish. Shop in Eden, where the local stores are full of unique gifts, antiques, art and clothing. Top the day off with great dining at one of the great restaurants in Eden, Huntsville or Ogden Canyon. CANCELLATION : Travel insurance is highly recommended to offset any losses.  Should Tenant wish to cancel this agreement, notice of cancellation must be in writing and mailed or e-mailed to Lodging Manager. It is Tenants responsibility to verify receipt by Lodging Manager.  If cancellation is received thirty (30) days or more prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund the sums paid, less a $30 cancellation fee. If the notice of cancellation is received within 15 to 29 days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund 50% of the amount paid to date. If the notice of cancellation is received less than 15 days prior to check-in date, Tenant will forfeit the all rent sums paid.
