Holiday home "Auszeit" on Rursee, just switch off!

We offer here our sunny holiday home "Auszeit" in Heimbach-Hasenfeld. Terrace and balcony are located in southwest location, offer a lot of light, sun and a beautiful view of the Eifel National Park. There are two beautiful bedrooms with large beds, and for more than 4 people, the sofa bed in the living room can be used for another 2 people. Children can of course stay in the large bedrooms. A bathroom with a large shower and toilet, an additional guest toilet and the spacious kitchen complete the offer.
The garden invites you to relax / sunbathe and barbecue (barbecue is available).
In the spacious and modern living room you will find a comfortable large couch with sleeping function, TV (50 inches flat), music system, books and direct access to the garden / terrace.
The kitchen is equipped with everything for everyday needs (coffee machine - microwave - toaster - kettle - dishes - spices).
In the basement you have enough storage space and a washing machine.
The location is perfect for hiking or for many other activities for the whole family, the Rursee, a great outdoor pool, nature trail wild Kermeter, Heimbach Castle, National Park gate, mini golf and much more are in the immediate vicinity. Beautiful children's playground is within walking distance in 2min. reached.

Een gewoon rijtjes huis
Het verblijf was prima! Dichtbij de wandelroutes..het is een compleet woonhuis in een woonwijk. De plek is rustig! Wat we minder vonden dat het er erg rook naar stookolie(kachel ?) metname toen het warm was ! Verder was er erg veel serviesgoed… We hebben fijne dagen gehad!

Eifel erkunden mit Familie und Hund
Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub, den ich jeden empfehlen würde. Besonders die Wohnung/Haus war ein Traum. Wir wurden so freundlich mit Sekt und Fanta für die Mädels begrüßt und auch in dem Hazs war alles vorhanden was man sich vorstellen konnte...genügend Toilettenpapier, Gewürze, Tee, Spülmittel usw.....einfach perfekt. Auch dass man die Waschmaschine und Trockner hernehmen konnten war klasse. Es war einfach alles da und wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt im Garten, Balkon, Wohnzimmer..eigentlich überall. Würde jederzeit wieder dort buchen. Zur Gegend kann ich nur sagen, sie ist wunderschön. Man hat alles Wasser zum Baden, Schifffahrt, unzähligen Wandermöglichkeiten, schöne Plätze für Sonnenuntergang und allerhand Burgen und Kultur. Auch die Städte sind wunderschön und im Ort kann man lecker essen gehen. Nach Belgien rüber ist auch gar nicht weit. Einfach ein traumhaft schöner Urlaub, den wir jeden empfehlen können.

Schönes Zuhause im Urlaub
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Jeder hat genügend Platz und die Möglichkeit seinen persönlichen Wünschen nachzugehen, wenn wegen schlechten Wetters mal wieder mehr Zeit im Haus verbracht werden musste, als ursprünglich geplant. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal dort.

Top verblijf!
Het huisje was van alles voorzien, incl bad en keuken linnen/ gerief. Het was er zeer gezellig ingericht en prachtige vergezichten. De tuin en terras maakte het compleet. We hebben er in de buurt heel wat uitstapjes en wandelingen gedaan. Aan het einde van de straat, was al de start van een mooie wandeling. De boot op de rursee met tussenstops (incl stadje rurberg) en de burcht met rondom leuke straatjes, was 1 van onze hoogtepunten. Mijn kids en wij genoten vollop. We raden het echt ten zeerste aan!

Wir haben uns direkt bei der Ankunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war rund um eine wunderbare "Auszeit". Das Haus ist toll gelegen, so dass wir immer schnell bei unseren Ausflugszielen waren. Wohung und Garten
Tolle Unterkunft mit hohem Erholungswert, komplett und komfortabel ausgestattet. Objekt ist allerdings aus unserer Sicht für Hundebesitzer weniger geeignet, da der Garten nicht eingezäunt ist und der Hund damit bei enger Nachbarschaft und offener Terrassentür immer im Auge gehalten bzw. angeleint werden muss.

Wohlfühlatmosphäre bei tobendem Orkan
Das Ferienhaus ist ein absoluter Traum. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl. Was die Ausstattung angeht ist an alles gedacht. Leider konnten wir die wunderschöne Landschaft kaum genießen, da sich während des gesamten Urlaubs ein Sturmtief hielt. Um so hilfreicher war es für uns, dass wir ein Haus hatten, indem wir uns rundum wohl fühlten. Mein Baby genoss die Fußbodenheizung und übte fleißig zu krabbeln. Mit bereits mobilen Kindern, die auf Treppen noch nicht sicher unterwegs sind, erfordert das offene Wohnraumkonzept mit den frei zugänglichen offenen Treppen etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit. Die Dusche ist auch ebenerdig, was angenehm ist, jedoch bietet sich dort nicht die Möglichkeit ein Kind zu baden. Aber darauf kann man ja auch mal verzichten. Wir können das Ferienhaus absolut weiterempfehlen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist äußerst nett und unkompliziert.

Ein absolut gelungener Kurzurlaub
Ankommen und sich sofort wohlfühlen, ein Traum, genauso hatte ich es mir vorgestellt. Es war alles da, was man so braucht. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet, an alles ist gedacht, sogar Grillanzünder war da. Die Betten sind superbequem, Terrasse, Balkon und kleiner Garten. Ein phantastischer Ausblick- es war einfach perfekt für unsere kurze Auszeit, hätte aber auch für einen längeren Urlaub bestens gepasst. Wir hoffen auf Wiederholung :)

Unser Aufenthalt in der Eifel war Erholung pur. Sowohl das Haus wie auch die Umgebung waren sehr schön. Wir konnten das Auto die ganze Zeit stehen lassen, da verschiedene tolle Wanderwege ganz in der Nähe sind. Gerne wieder....

Das Haus liegt ruhig in der Nähe vom Rursee, es ist gemütlich, gut ausgestattet und man kann sehr schöne Wanderungen in der Gegend machen.

Haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Da das Wetter super war, konnten wir viel unternehmen.
Wir waren sehr überrascht und die Eifel ist immer eine Reise wehrt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich.
