3 beds 2 bath with private pool + water view! Located in a quiet neighborhood with security patrol. The neighborhood also offers a community pool, tennis court and playground within walking distance. Absolutely no pets allowed.

We are located only 5 miles from Disney Parks, Universal, outlet malls and amazing restaurant options.

The home has a private driveway which will comfortably fit 2 large vehicles or 3 small vehicles. There is street parking for extra vehicles if needed in front of the home. Front door access is provided with electronic coded security deadbolt.

Pets are allowed with a pet cleaning charge per pet prior to booking. Homes are deep cleaned after pet stays to ensure we are hypoallergenic

What a wonderful place to chill out

Booked this house to see a few Central Florida attractions: Disney, minor league baseball, space launch, all within easy reach, and ended up spending a lot of time just chilling out by the pool and watching the ducks hang out by the pond. So relaxing. Owners were very easy to reach and very accommodating, and the house had everything we needed to make it a comfortable week. Wouldn't mind staying here again if we come back to Orlando.

Quiet home

We came here the coldest week in January with the arctic front. But that did not stop us - we were still able to use the heated pool. The house was quiet and we did not hear any noise from surrounding houses. House was clean and warm when we got there. Every thing was labeled well for the lights and remotes. Communication with the owner was great and easy check I. Would definitely come back

The home was very clean and spacious. The view of the lake was amazing. The location was perfect. Away from the crowds but close enough to Disney and Universal. The host was very communicative. If we are ever in the area, we would love to stay here again.

Very nice home near Disney

This property was extremely nice. My family enjoyed the pool and the back porch view. The home was spacious, clean and comfortable. Super close to all Disney parks. Nice and quiet neighborhood.

Nice, relaxing place

The property was really nice, It was quiet and fairly private and it was nice to just float in the pool and lounge in the sun while listening to the birds and nature. The house has a very homey atmosphere with a lot of space for family and a nice living area.

Nice Home to Relax at

The home provided us a place to relax after a busy day at the theme parks. We weren’t cramped into hotel rooms and there was 2 baths. The home was located close to Disney World and not far from Universal. We allowed some travel time but not nearly enough on the first day. It took us an hour to get to Universal and an over a half hour for Disney World. The traffic was bumper to bumper on the weekdays. The pool looked inviting to get in at the end of the day and it was nice sitting around it. The only complaint was the twin beds were not comfortable.

Good place to stay!

This rental was great! Clean, easy to work with, good loction to and from disney! I only have two small things that i didnt like. 1. There is a camera on the back porch watching the pool. Not a deal breaker but kinda weird. 2. The AC...i am sure they are trying to "save" electricity but after you leave the ac gets moved to around 76. One day we walked in and it was 79 inside the house. They should leave the AC alone people are on vacation they dont want to come back to a hot house! Other then those two small things house was just as they described!

Peace away from the hustle and bustle

Great location. Close to all the attractions, but nestled in a cozy neighborhood. Wildlife and pond make the setting wonderful. And the amenities were awesome.

Great get together

This was great place to stay. We stayed with long time friends and children. The pool was great and clean. The whole was just as pictured and well taken care of. The parks were close by. The area had everything we needed. Would recommend and visit again.

Good Location

When we arrived it was dark. We had no trouble getting in. The next morning it was bright and sunny, the pool was perfect. It was quiet. Had no trouble finding our way around. Plenty of room for two and our dog, Ollie. Definitely would recommend. R.B. & Ollie

Peaceful and relaxing

We really enjoyed our stay at the Den. The property is as described, and very clean and comfortable for our family. The screened in pool was definitely bonus since the week was a hot one. The neighborhood was so quiet. The property backs up to a small pond (with a fountain) which added to the peacefulness of our stay. Kitchen is well stocked with everything for cooking (except spices and such) along with cold central air and washer/dryer. Our hosts were very responsive contributing to our excellent stay. Thank you for hosting us!

A home from home!

Spent two weeks this Easter break in this lovely property. I would say the reality more than matched the photos on the website. Beautiful view from the back onto the lake, quieter family orientated area. House had all the amenities you need, located close to Disney and shops/restaurants. Communication and interaction with hosts was excellent, very timely and helpful. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great rental

We were welcomed with a small snake on the patio, but we managed to get it to go away quickly. After that exciting welcome we found the property to be awesome. Easy to get to and from, well laid out, and fun! We found the ping pong and air hockey in the garage and my granddaughter was very happy. Pool was heated to a perfect temp as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay

The hosts are friendly and accommodating. They heated the pool when we asked. The house and pool were very clean. The neighborhood is quiet. We enjoyed our stay here, and its only about 25min from Universal. The VRBO app would not work for me to message hosts, so i called without any problem 🙂
