Das Haus verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer mit großem Doppelbett, ein Wohnzimmer mit 2 Schlafsofas und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Backofen, sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC und ein separates WC im Haus. Des Weiteren sind Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Parkmöglichkeit und WLAN bereits im Preis enthalten, sowie eine Mikrowelle auf Anfrage. Auch ein Fahrradstellplatz ist vorhanden. Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr idyllisch direkt am Roten Main mit Badestelle, in zwei ausgebauten Scheunen auf dem Grundstück eines unter Denkmalschutz stehenden, ehemaligen Bauernanwesens. Im Ort gibt es einen Kinderspielplatz und eine Gastwirtschaft mit eigener Metzgerei und Lädchen.
