Pacific Palms is located in Jaco about a 1 minute walk to the beach and also the BEST beach bar in all of Jaco. It's about a 10-13 quick minute walk into downtown and half of the walk you will be oceanside.

In downtown you will find grocery stores, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, shopping, banks, ice cream & coffee shops and much more. It's about a 13 minute walk to the Cocal Casino.

HOW TO QUALIFY FOR FREE SERVICES -
- CHEFS - 24 HR DOORMAN - COFFEE STATION - 2 FREE AIRPORT TRANSFERS -

IT'S ACTUALLY VERY VERY EASY!

- ALL tours, airport transfers (unless renting cars), boats, and services (NO MINIMUM REQUIRED) must ALL be booked with our co-hosts Customer Service after you book.
- If this is not complied with you will not receive any free services Also read House Rules before booking.
- Free Services have "no" cash value.

FYI - 99% of the time a groups book all of their services with us anyway so like we said it's very EASY to qualify for all the FREE services we offer in the price already!

NOTE :
- The restrictions are easy to agree to as we will give you great prices for all the services, boats, airport transfers, DJs, massages, and tours you need for your vacation (We will send you a price sheet after you book)
- If you accept the Free Services and you wind up not complying with the rules after you arrive you will need to reimburse us for all the services used (Prices are on the Price Sheet)

CHEF SERVICE :
- Is included for breakfasts & dinners if you comply with the restrictions above. Groceries and pre-tip ($2 pp per meal) are NOT INCLUDED - You can add a lunch chef for an extra cost.
- We will send you menu options after you book to see all of your choices and food costs.

Chef service is one of the best parts of your vacation as you will wake up to an incredible breakfast to start the day and enjoy an amazing dinner ranging from steak, bbq ribs, pasta, paella, chicken, seafood, salads, veggie options & more!

NOTE :
- The average price for a group of 15 for a breakfast & dinner chef is around $225 per day (Groceries and tip not included).
- So this is a UNBELIEVABLY HUGE SAVINGS for your group to have the chef included!

CHEF SERVICE TIMES FOR BREAKFASTS & DINNERS (FOOD ON TABLE) :
Breakfast Serving Times (2 options) - 7 am to 8:30 am or 10:30 am
Dinner Serving Times (2 options) - 5 pm to 6:15 pm or 8:30 pm to 9pm

NIGHTTIME DOORMAN - Will be there from 7 pm to 5 am. They will be there to greet you when arrive at the property and make sure nobody unauthorized enters your property when you leave. Great perk for your vacation!

BLACK COFFEE/HOT TEA STATION -
- We will set this up for you daily from 9am to 5pm at the back bar in the living room so you can enjoy free black coffee and hot tea daily.
- We will also supply sugar and honey daily too. We will also include 50 tea bag total (not per day) of our choice. No milk included so buy your own if needed.

2 FREE AIRPORT TRANSFERS -
- TWO Free Airport Transfers. 1 from SJO Airport to Jaco for up to 20 passengers and 1 from Jaco to SJO Airport. .
- We can pick you up in San Jose but there will be an additional cost. All extra transfers if needed are NOT included and are a separate cost.

1 FREE MASSAGE -
- Get 1 total professional 55 minute massages at your property for any member in your group.
- Amazing way to start or end your day and feel relaxed and rejuvenated.
- Extra massages only $50 per massage
