Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Very walkable neighborhood with a large park at the end of the street. Great 3 Bedroom 1.5 Bath side by side Duplex. The 3 Bedrooms are all upstairs along with a full bathroom. The Primary bedroom is very spacious with large closet, King size bed, and Smart TV. The other two bedrooms have queen Beds. Each bedroom has blackout shades that are perfect for a good night's sleep. All the living space is on the main level along with a half bath. The well appointed kitchen has everything you need for your cooking pleasure. A very comfortable living room with plenty of seating and a 65" Smart Tv with a basic Spectrum cable package. There is also a full seperate basment that includes the washer and dryer. The backyard is fully fenced and shared with one other tenant. This neighborhood has many restaurants, grocery stores, and is very convenient to many attractions.
