Semi-oceanfront home w/ community pool & beach access less than 300' away!
Located just across the street from the beach, spend your vacation at Seaside Escape, where you can enjoy a spacious setting with horizon ocean views!
Take in the many amenities that Seaside Escape has to offer, including a furnished sun deck with ocean and sunrise views, a recreation room with a pool table, a hot tub, a screened-in porch, and more. Enjoy easy and convenient beach access, with two public accesses less than 300 feet away, as well as a short walk (approximately 250 feet) to the community pool!
Please note that the gas fireplace is not available.
Seaside Escape does not include bed linens and towels; however, an optional package can be purchased for an additional charge. Please call for details.
The community pool will be open from May 25th to September 2nd, 2024.
Layout:
Lower Level: Recreation room with a pool table, queen sleeper sofa, TV/DVD, refrigerator, half bath, laundry area. The hot tub is located in the ground-level screened-in porch.
Mid Level: 2 queen en suites with private baths, queen bedroom that shares a Jack and Jill bath with a bedroom that has a bunk bed and a twin bed. There are TVs in each bedroom and a large screened-in deck on this level.
Top Level: Great room with a large kitchen, a TV with a DVD player, and large deck with ocean views, queen bedroom with a TV and attached shared bath.
