Beautiful Ocean Front Condo in the heart of Vero Beach! Located on the top floor of a 4 story building (elevator). Beautifully furnished and completely renovated with 2100 square feet of living area. Updated kitchen including cabinets, granite and marble counter tops, vinyl wood flooring throughout, large private balconcy on the ocean, 65" large screen TV in family room. Wet bar in the great room. The master bath has oversized shower, whirlpool jacuzzi tub, and plenty of cabinet and storage space. There is a queen bed in the guest bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa in the adjoining room with another television which is perfect for a family who wants another place to relax. King bed in the master bedroom, and another queen sleeper sofa in the family room. The balcony has pleny of furniture and a bar height dining table to enjoy fabulous views while having dinner. Washer and dryer. Heated pool overlooks the beach with grilling areas and tables overlooking the ocean, a men's and women's sauna in the bath by the pool, and a work out facility as well with weights and equipment. The complex has a fantastic 300 ft. pier that is wonderful for fishing or relaxing with a glass of wine! Gourmet deli and grocery across the street. Vero Beach offers great shopping and restaurants located a short bike ride away. The perfect location and place to stay! Association requires a 3 month minimum stay.

Beautiful Condo

The condo is beautiful and very comfortable. The master suite is spacious with a luxurius spa bathroom. The kitchen is large enough for cooking Thanksgiving dinner for a large family! We loved having the beach just steps away to walk and swim and listen to the waves at night. Every morning I would take photos of the beautiful sunrise. The bikes at the condo are great and I enjoyed riding to town to shop and explore. A couple nights we sat on the pier and watched rockets blast off from Kennedy Space Center. We felt very much at home and plan on staying there again.

Running Down A Dream

This will be our third year staying at this property. As far as we're concerned, it has it all. Ocean front, well appointed, great views, enjoy sunrises and sunsets. My wife loves the large Jacuzzi tub. Private pier (very rare). Owners are attentive and honest. For this property the reality exceeds the photos...you'll appreciate that once you stay. Excellent security. Walking distance to great restaurants and you will find that Vero Beach is a fantastic city. I've stayed at numerous condos in the area for over 20 years, this is my favorite.

Beautiful Condo

We have enjoyed staying in this lovely condo many times. It is steps away from pool and beach, encapsulated in a very private, quiet and safe complex. There is underground parking, a work-out room and friendly residents. Both bedrooms are spacious, have comfortable beds and large closets. The guest bedroom also has it's own sun porch. Both bathrooms are very clean, and all towels and linens are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops. The living room is a great space with a lot of light. We enjoyed listening to the sounds of the ocean. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and is where we spent most mornings, having our coffee watching the sunrise over the ocean. The location cannot be beat, with a gourmet grocery market right across the street.

Number one in Vero!

Best place in Vero to stay! You won't find a better ocean view and more private beach than right here! The amenities are so easy to get to in the lobby, and the pier is absolutely breathtaking! You can sit poolside and see the ocean, and it is amazing! Over the years, we have stayed many other places in Vero before we found this one, and I can tell you from personal experience that this place is so incredible that you will NEVER want to stay anywhere else! Beautiful and comfortable furnishings, spacious, very neat and clean, and the owners are wonderful to work with! Can't wait to get back there!!!!

My parents lived in Vero Beach and we have always loved the area and wanted a place of our own there. It is a unique beach town that has a beautiful setting and plenty of things to do as well.

Convenience to downtown Vero and within walking distance, large oceanfront balcony, a goumet deli/market and restaurants right across the street, and a wonderful 300 foot pier great for fishing or relaxing and unique to the entire area.
