About this property

The condo is comfortably decorated and features hardwood flooring and high-end finishes. An open floor plan unites the kitchen, dining and living areas. The kitchen is exquisite with gourmet grade appliances, and granite counter tops. Sliding doors can be opened from the dining room to a balcony to hear the sounds of ocean waves nearby.

Three bedroom upstairs. The master ensuite has a king bed. Bedrooms 2 & 3 have queen beds. The living room has a king sleeper sofa. Each sleeping bed is fitted with crisp white sheets and fluffy pillows, awaits you after a day at the beach or wine tasting from nearby wineries. There is also a king size pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room. This condo sleeps 8. Guests of this condo will also have two dedicated parking spaces in the underground parking garage.

There is an elevator from the parking garage to the courtyard area. This condo does not meet handicap accessibility requirements, however, the main living area is handicap accessible.

Best location

We had plenty of space for all my sisters and mom to cook, play cards, have big dinners, and kick back. There were painters showing up on our balcony in the morning a few mornings. which was startling!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Only negative thing I can say is the bedrooms along the alley are quite noisy. With no air conditioning in the summer you need to leave the windows open for that beautiful cool evening breeze. Restaurants tend to empty their trash and recyclables late at night.

We had an issue with the heater not working in our unit and seven sisters immediately switched us to a unit with a working heater, that was equivalent to our original. Problem solved! Location is amazing, steps from the beach and restaurants in Avila! Unit was exactly as described. Highly recommend booking your stay on the central coast with Seven Sisters

Short family trip

My family and I stayed here for a birthday trip over a holiday weekend. The place was very clean, beds and linens super comfy and the location is great! The only minor issues relate to how well the kitchen was stocked- not the best, and our ability to use the local and television stations. Yes we were vacationing and also huge golf fans. Could not watch ANY of a big PGA tournament, even with the help of staff (though they really tried). Neither of these things were huge deals, but they were inconveniences.

Great location, Great for families!

Check in was super easy using the Hospitality ap. House is new and clean inside and stocked with all the supplies you need. 2 parking spots in secure garage (but very tight parking). Easy walk to everything and all the tenants where very friendly. Only suggestion is to remove the metal crab in the middle of the courtyard that says “DO NO TOUCH”. It’s on tbe lawn where every kid wants to touch it. And it is sharp! Other than that great property!

Great 1/2 way point for family vacation!

We absolutely loved this condo and it’s location! Our family met here in Avila Beach - some coming from the Bay Area and others from LA. Perfect spot! The condo had everything we needed both in size and amenities. The beach and restaurants a block away! So convenient! You could drive to other places…but why? We’ll definitely stay here again! It was a Shore Pleasure!
