This is a unique property with plenty of room and amazing views from every window. Point O' Woods is a private, family-oriented beach with a playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a boardwalk. Free library, movies on the beach, golf cart community. Close proximity to Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods casinos and Mystic Aquarium, Mystic Seaport, and Norwich Spa. Sun porch, dining room, and kitchen. Dishwasher, washer dryer, fully furnished with linens and dishes, Gas fireplace, 7 bedrooms, sleeps 12. 2 full bathrooms, no pets, no smoking. Limited Parking to 3 cars.

All you need

The stay was seamless and super pleasant. Nothing beats the sound of the ocean and breeze permeating throughout the house when the well placed windows are open. The house was very well stocked with all we needed and more than we could want. Neighbors are very now and welcoming. Nature all around. Host was well prepared, responsive, accommodating, welcoming, and treated us like guests; it was refreshingly nice. Would stay again.

A+++ wonderful home - peaceful & gorgeous vews

This home is a wonderful place to connect with family and friends of all ages. We sat out on the deck while the kids played in the beach and water. There is plenty of common areas in the home for everyone to be together. Sunrise were great, like you were alone and isolated, noone else in sight. We had coffee each morning. There was plenty of games and toys to keep everyone entertained. The crows nest room was perfect for evening views. We were able to get a wonderful view of the comet- far away from all of the city lights. I highly recommend this home for family get togethers.

Lovely house in a great location.

Plenty of room for family get togethers. Large family room, two dining rooms, nicely updated kitchen, and a nice deck. Beautiful views everywhere. Private sandy beach. We enjoyed our stay here.

Perfect beach house!

The location of this house was amazing! Great family beach with boardwalk, trails, playground. The beach was in beautiful condition and you literally step off the deck and you are there. The house was nice, clean and had plenty of space. We enjoyed the ocean view from every room because of all of the large and well placed windows. Very happy with our stay!

This place is exactly what the doctor ordered!

I couldn’t have found a dreamier house on the shore for the price we paid. My family needed it, I certainly needed and just listening to the sound of the waves at night was perfect! I will be definitely coming back.

Absolute Magic

This is our favorite beach that we revisit regularly. Private and safe for kids, a lovely, fun and welcoming community. This was our first visit to the “big gray house” and it was spectacular. Lots of space and room for all, fans in each room, hangers and places to put all our clothes. Lots of places to lounge indoors and tons of stuff for outdoors. Two refrigerators, washer and dryer, dishwasher. 4 adults and 5 little ones, we all had a wonderful time and slept restfully with the sound of the sea.

Beautiful beachside property

Amazing location within a wonderful cute neighborhood. Beautiful beach. Lots of space inside. No AC, but a nice beach breeze. Highly recommend!!

What a lovely beach home! The best we’ve ever stayed at for space for 11 family members - scenic, clean, and lovely! Right on the beach, fantastic kitchen, dining area, and living room large enough for all of us to enjoy being together. Nice areas to walk in the neighborhood and beautiful Connecticut rocky beach with white sand beach as well. Thank you!!

Memorable stay for whole family

This house is a true gem with enough common areas and ocean view decks for the whole family to enjoy some togetherness as well as bedrooms and balconies for those who need some peace and quiet from the group. Pretty much every bedroom & dining room gets a spectacular view of the ocean. We took walks to the playground and mini library for whenever the kids needed a break from the beach or house. One day, we took a day trip to Mystic (a 25 min ride) but most of the long weekend my family and I were more than content enjoying this special home. Ideal for multigenerational travel and I’d rent again.
