Awesome!

Really great VRBO. Room, bathroom, small kitchenette were very nice, clean and comfortable. Host was super nice and gave us a great restaurant recommendation. About 20 mins from where the Able Tasman water taxis depart.

Very nice apartment

This was a very nice place to stay for our two days in the Kaiteriteri area. Fairly small but had everything we needed for the two of us. The outdoor seating area was very nice. Owner very helpful and easy to deal with.

Anzac day break

Just a quick overnight visit on the way to Nelson. Great location with a short walk to the town center. Lots of seal pups which was great to see.

A wonderful gem

Love everything about it. The details, fresh eggs from the farm offered for breakfast and the home made bread. We enjoyed staying there, a wonderful place.

Lovely place!

We had a most enjoyable stay in this spacious, beautifully appointed apartment-like section of our host’s home. Our host, Paul, was very gracious and full of good suggestions about things to do, places to eat, etc. The location is perfectly wonderful, with nice views from the spacious deck, and but a couple of minutes’ drive to the centre of Kaiteriteri.

Tapu Bay Retreat

This studio, attached to a large home, was a perfect getaway for us. The unit was compact but had everything we needed. The fact that it is a two minute walk down the hill to the beach made it ideal. If there were one thing I would suggest it would be to have a comfortable small sofa in the sitting area instead of the two adirondack chairs.

Over priced by owner

We stayed in a concrete block basement with ranch sliders - one room with no kitchenette and had to cross the drive to an open air bathroom under the house - felt it was a step up from camping. no view of the water and a very tidal beach. We won't be returning.

Quiet

Great communication with the owner. He was also very helpful in making a booking on the Sea Shuttle. The deck was sunny and warm. It was wonderful to hear the birds singing and flitting about.

Excellent location in modern apartment

A very nice location that is away from the hustle & bustle of Kaiteriteri beach itself. The property has beach access via a short public beach road. It is also very private & quiet but has nice views over the beach & offers off street parking. The owner has a spa, sauna, wood fired oven available at a small extra cost. There are a few simple rules to follow but these are to aid keeping the apartments presentable. My wife & I enjoyed our stay & our host

Beautiful location with gorgeous beach views to wake up to. Paul is a great host and is more than involved in your stay, with no shortage of itinerary suggestions and things to do in the area. Be sure to ask him to break out his flute and his world famous pizzas.

peaceful getaway

We had a lovely getaway from home and reality - was a nice, quiet, relaxing place with a nice deck to sit on and the spa topped things off nicely. The accommodation was clean and tidy. Paul was friendly and went over the dos and donts for the property - he also has very good local knowledge and recommended a few things to do around the area.
