This home is located only a short walk from beautiful Depot Beach accessed through the grey gum and cycad stand of trees opposite the beach house. Depot Beach is described by Lonely Planet as one of the top 10 beaches in Australia, recognising its clear white sands, gentle waves and its bush escarpment and coastal views. Located in the heart of the Murramarang National Park, the beach house offers easy access to beaches, coastal walks, great fishing, snorkelling and kayaking amongst one of the most pristine environments on the NSW South Coast. Huge grey gum trees dominate the landscape with an under story of cycads with pockets of rainforest making each walk an adventure. This location is a photographers or animal enthusiasts delight. Be entertained by the birds that visit each day on the front balcony or watch the playful kangaroos and their joeys feed in their natural environment. Wi Fi is provided. Layout: This home is a two story home but all living generated on the upstairs level, with 3 large bedrooms, large front balcony, this substantial beach house offers exceptional accommodation for the family get-away. Downstairs is the laundry, bathroom and small rumpus area for the kids to escape to. With an open plan kitchen, that is fully equipped complete with everything you require, the lounge and dining table are perfect for entertaining. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are all on the upper level of the house.
Bedrooms: This home sleeps 8 people, Linen is included and the cost is part of the cleaning fee. This includes sheets, pillow cases and bath towels. Doonas & doona covers are provided (one per bed).

Bathrooms/Laundry: There are 2 bathrooms on the property. The main bathroom upstairs provides a shower, bath and separate toilet. The ensuite although small has a shower and toilet.
Outside: There is a large back yard with a huge deck and a great BBQ area, from the balcony at the back of the home you can look out towards the mountains and bushland and enjoy reading a book or two.
Pets: Unfortunately pets are not permitted at this property.
