"Hawthorne" - Absolute Beachfront Home Lorikeet Drive

Ideally situated on the beachfront in Lorikeet Drive with private beach access onto Peregian's pristine beach.
Only a ten minute walk to the Peregian village, with its restaurants, patisseries, fashion houses and patrolled beach. A Fifteen minute drive along the coast takes you to Hastings Street Noosa.

The house accommodation comprises 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms over two levels and sleeps 6 comfortably, with 2 Queen Beds, and 2 King Single Beds. Living areas are found on both levels which open through bi-folds onto extensive decking (upper level) and covered areas (lower level).
The kitchen is fully equipped.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful house

The property is comfortable and spacious and suited our needs as a group. You won't find a better location close to the beach and a short walk to the shops. Host communciation also great. We will definitely rent this property again on our next visit.

Great location, love Peregian beach

Stayed 9 days. House is great, had everything we needed with the beach just a short walk out the back door. Hope to visit this area again. Also way from the busyness of Noosa and Maroochydore but close enough for shopping etc.

Quintessentially Peregian

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it won’t be the last. Absolute beach front. Indoor and outdoor entertaining area's, self contained on the lower level and a short walk from Peregian Village. This property is an absolute gem.

Such a great location and perfect for our family getaway. Waking early to walk the beach right on your backdoor, surf out the front and plenty of room for the whole family to relax in this beautiful home. Check in was seamless and contact with the host was easy, we will definitely be back

Why would you stay at Noosa when you can stay here?

Comfortable, secure and secluded. Beach front easy access with awesome beach walks. Just 12 min walk to the Perigian Village (excellent IGA, restaurants and beaut Pub) Bus to Noosa & Sunshine Beach just 5 min walk so no need for a rental car we decided. Highly recommend🙂

Great for a quiet relaxed stay

Perfect for a simple stay with direct beach access. You can see a little glimpse of the ocean from the upstairs deck. Super easy to stay in with everything you need.

Classic easy beach holiday

We had a really relaxing stay, complete with the 5th wheel of the family, the dog, in Janelle’s comfortable and well fitted out home. Location is great, the deck is cool and breezy with glimpses of the beach, and it’s a lovely house. You really do feel like you can take it easy.

We enjoyed our stay particularly the proximity to the beach. The house is very well equipped and comfortable. It’s close to Peregian Village but not too close, so little traffic to contend with. We loved the sound of the ocean.

Spacious, clean and well appointed

Although it rained heavily for most of our stay, we all had our space when needed and loads of space on the deck and in the lounge area to catch up as a family.

Perfect spot for family holiday

Winter get away to Peregian Beach

We had a lovely time at Hawthorne. It was great being so close to the beach, only a short walk away. The house was equipped with everything we needed. The kids enjoyed playing and running around in the well kept garden.

A holiday you won't forget

This was a beautiful well appointed home absolutely right on the beach. We loved the upstairs option of having either an indoor or outdoor dining table and the layout of the upstairs area drew us all together. The kids enjoyed their independence with the downstairs kitchenette, TV, couch and outdoor table. The day bed down stair captured the morning sun and was oh so cozy. Best of all, the proximity to the beach meant we were there all the time swimming, surfing, playing or simply watching whales. The house was a short walk from Peregian and all of the villages offerings. Such a top spot which I highly recommend.

Wonderful

This has been my 2nd stay at Hawthorne, and it did not disappoint. The house was lovely and spotlessly clean, and the location was peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. My dog enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the local bird life, and she loved her daily beach walks. Another wonderful holiday!

Beautiful house in a peaceful location

Lovely location, and the house is modern, well appointed and immaculately clean. The owners are great to deal with, and were nice enough to allow me to take my dog as well. As a bonus the village at Peregian Beach is very dog friendly, with most of the cafes welcoming well behaved pooches at their outdoor tables. The house is situated an easy walk to the shops and a patrolled swimming area in one direction, and an off leash dog beach in the other. I was even fortunate enough to spot a humpback whale making its way up the coastline one morning! The only down side was the next door neighbour was renovating, so there was quite a bit of construction noise during the day, however this is not something that will be going on forever. Overall it was an enjoyable and relaxing week.
