Comfortable home

The chalet was comfortable and fit our needs. The only thing lacking was a view with privacy. The listing was very scriptive and we knew the chalet's decks were facing the other chalet's. It was a holiday weekend booked late, which was our fault. The chalet was central located about 5 minutes to Gatlinburg and 10-15 to Pigeon Forge. It was nice having the pool within walking distance. The management was accommodating giving us a noon checkout along with easy and quick responses before and during our stay. I

Birthday celebration

Cabin was as described. Beautiful area, easy to Uber to Gatlinburg. Large open areas in cabin, comfortable beds, lots of room. There were 5 of us and we had plenty of space. Hot tub was great! Game room. The cabins were close together but we didn’t even see our neighbors and it was pretty quiet. Nice view from deck although some trees blocking some of the view. Easy check in and good communication. Good parking for 2 vehicles.

Really nice stay

We were in Gatlinburg for the last 5 days. Had a great experience with the cabin. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay there again!

Amazing location, great property and perks!!! Enjoyed the free tickets available to us and the on site games with our children! The property was easy to get to, clean, had a lot of needed items including a high chair and baby gate for the stairs (definitely needed with two kids). We look forward to visiting again in the future😊

The cabin layout and location were perfect! It was a little tricky to find a place for my pup to use the restroom since it’s very hilly but that was to be expected.

Cozy Cabin with Nice View

On our stay it was my wife, daughter, dog, and myself. This cabin worked out great for us with that many people. Overall, the cabin was clean and the host was very friendly and knowledgeable about anything we called on before our stay. There were a few minor items that are in need of repair/updated, but it did not affect our stay at all.

Great weekend getaway

Beautiful!

Absolutely amazing. Super easy access, main 2 lane road. Property clean, view was beautiful view (note, the balconies face other properties, but we pulled our chairs sideways and had a beautiful view of the mountains). Bed was super comfy. Slept better than I have in years. Didn’t use the hot tub but it seemed clean when we opened it!

Short Vacation

It was a great place that was centrally located. Will say even though pet friendly the community don't have much of a space for them to go so prepare for a hike up and down a step grade. Which still wasn't an issue.

Great stay

Overall it was a great stay and we would rent here again if we are ever in the area. The cabin is located close to downtown and the National park entrance. Our nephews loved the pool table, foosball table, and hot tub! inspite of the fact that is dog friendly, the house was very clean, one of the cleanliest we've stayed in recently. That was a pleasant surprise and made the stay much more enjoyable. The mattresses were very comfortable. Having three porches was very nice, everyone had their own space after spending the day hiking. The only things to note for future renters is that there really isn't any green space for dogs to use the restroom. There a small patch of grass across the street that is basically a hill. Otherwise you'll need to hike a steep grade for any green space. This was not an issue for us, our dog goes on a long walk every morning, this was no different while at the cabin.

Mountain Magic!

Great place! Easy to get to and centrally located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Game room and hot tub are great amenities including the comfortable beds. Has everything we needed to keep the family happy. Will look into the same place when we come again.

Awesome Cabin near by the city

My kids enjoyed the stay and the games. It was great experience overall. Just a minor observation, not sure if it was a miss or that's how cabin works. We couldn't find detergent liquid to wash the clothes so we had to go get one. And no additional paper towels in the kitchen.

Family vacation with pets.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Mountain Time Magic. The cabin met all of our needs, location was perfect and not far from either of the attractions in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. We appreciate being able to bring our pets. We will definitely be back.

Great get away

Nice property. Lots of space for our family of 5. Close to all of the things we wanted to do. The Roaring Fork Motor Trail was a favorite. Awesome scenic drive and saw multiple bears on multiple days. I do wish the cabin had more actual beds. Sofa beds are uncomfortable and squeaky. Basement sofa bed was the only one we used this time and you could feel every spring. We ended up taking the couch cushions off and just putting them on the floor to sleep on. Dishwasher did not actually clean the dishes so we ended up washing everything by hand. We weren’t entirely sure how to let the owner know. The disposal also did not work in the kitchen. Overall, a great place to land at the end of every day, but just would suggest a couple of things be changed to make this a 5 star stay for us.

Family get away

This was our first time in Gatlinburg and it didn't disappoint. The cabin was amazing, nice and clean. My only regret is we only stayed a couple nights. We will definitely be back and plan on staying at least 5 days. My boys were in absolute heaven, the lower level was their spot. This cabin was everything we needed.
