Very nice and spacious apartment. There is dinning, living room and balcony area. There are dryer and washing machine as well. Nice view and it is short walking distance to the beach. Daily cleaning service provided. Car parking is easy. Some area to touch up such as shower holder fall off and kitchen light to be changed but just give a ring and their handyman will come and fix it. Overall it is a Comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

The worst hotel ever

We had booked a 4-day stay and opted for FULL HOUSEKEEPING paying top dollar. Housekeeping was Non-existent!! The 2nd room was very tiny. Sticky floor. Dirty toaster.Blurry window glass。 The toilet door cannot close tightly and be locked. and the toilet is behind the door, you have to go fast and watch the door if will be pushed open and you will be hit. No power plug in bathrooms. Can't believe there is a HOLE in the bed sheet, even the Motel doesn't use a sheet like that. Just an awfully bad experience. Gold Coast was great but the accommodation at Q1 was truly embarrassing. Suggest DO NOT fall for gimmicky write-ups like Q1 being the tallest building in Gold Coast, etc.

Booked for Ocean view and the view was super fantastic! I would be book for the same apartment again. Restaurant and supermarket is within walking distance. The only thing I do not like is the housing cleaning, housekeeper only do the daily cleaning at the washroom and make up the bed. They did not vacuum the floor or clean the utensils, plates and glasses. If is not part of the cleaning, upon check-in, it should be mentioned and not discover by the guest.

Comfortable Spacious, Excellent Beach View

We had a 2 bedroom apartment at level 41, which was just right for us (2A,2C). Room was bright with a good view of the beach. Though property is not swanky new, apartment was well maintained and very clean, and fully fitted with pots, utensils in the kitchen. Important stuff, like washer, dryer, and dishwasher, are working fine and helped lots during our stay. Only issue is the lift, which sometimes can be a bit cranky. A little confusion in the carpark layout too, as the neighbouring skypoint carpark entrance, was just right next to the property carpark (both are in the same building). also the access from carpark to lobby is a little confusing. But once you overcome that at time of check-in, rest should be fine.
