Great stay in Lucerne

The room is clean and spacious and only a short walk to the bus stop. The only set back is that there is no visible signboard to locate the apartment when we reached the place.

Really nice during check-in very helpful. Responsible parking is not included, but it is about $24 CHF to park at the grocery store across the street it gets really busy during rush-hour, but it’s an amazing location

Cons- The family accomodation not suitable for more than 4 people with a max of 2 adults per stay. The towels were tiny, they were only big enough to wrap around my 5 year old son. The lift in the building was tiny and only big enough for 2 people. Pro-The apartment was easily accessible and the communication was excellent. The supermarkets were the next to the apartment which was great. The walk to the city was easy and close.

Galaxy Hotel review

The location was very good , we were able to walk everywhere in Lucerne from here. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. It was a little small, but most European apartments are small, but the price was good

3 Days in Lucerne

We were met and escorted to accommodation very quickly upon contact. Accommodation was clean and sufficient for our needs. Requests for assistance were fulfilled quickly. Location close to Old Town meant we could walk everywhere. Kitchen facilities allowed us to relax and eat in if desired. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend Galaxy to others.

The apartment is located near central Lucern, walking distance to Chapel Bridge and Lion Monument. Street parking is limited but there are a couple of public carpark close by. Staff is friendly and check in has been smooth. Good value for accommodation in central Lucern.

Basic budget apartment. Did the job for a 1 night stay in Lucerne. We were woken up early morning to loud construction/demolition equipment right outside the apartment. Parking nearby is ~$30 per night.

We stayed for 3 nights bathroom had a leak and it wasnt fixed at all. Very small bathroom if you have mobility issues. Owners were very nice and it is in a secure area close to shopping centre and walkable for those with no mobility issues.
