Great service apartment

Great location 8 mins walk to city centre, 5 mins drive to the waterfront and the Marina. One min drive onto main highway that leads to stuart park, Palmerston, berry springs and lichfield park. Only downside is very crowded on Friday due to locals going on staycation and house keeping services only on alternate days

The bedrooms were very bright at night, you could almost read a book. Better blockout blinds/curtains are needed if you like a dark bedroom. The split system air conditioning units in our apartment were very noisy and could do with replacing. Great location, great communication, clean, but the bright bedrooms would stop us staying again unfortunately.

Worth a Repeat Visit

The Argus offers high quality, spacious accommodation. Very friendly and helpful staff. Large balconies. Nice shaded pool and well-equipped fitness room. Great location in Darwin, but street parking at times can be difficult to find. Very reasonable rates. Very good accommodation for extended stays.

The property was in a good location. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The pool was undercover which was fantastic as you could use the pool in the heat of the day and not get burnt. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment was bigger than the photos showed. Would happily stay here again. Only downside was parking wasn't included in the price and the carpark was very tight.
