This hotel is very accessible to anywhere that you wish to go.. the Charing cross station is just 5 mins walk away.. convenient and will recommend people to stay.. However, they do not do everyday cleaning so you may wish to call if you wish to do cleaning everyday

This is a unique property as it serves as an apartment as well, comes with a mini kitchen. However, do more that housekeeping is only done once a week, not on daily basis.

Very Good location

Very good location, we walk to Chinatown and back every night during our stay, hippodrome casino is a short distance walk from Trafalgar Square. Will definitely stay here again if we come to London the next time. Hotel staff are very helpful. Overall a very good.

Well located & Comfortable ApartHotel

We enjoyed our stay here. Apartment was located very near to many amenities such as underground stations. It is within walking distance to good eateries, the theatre district and Chinatown. Our only complaint was that the room was not cleaned the next day and we had to ask for our towels to be replaced.

spacious room near city with limited house keeping

room is clean and spacious. however, there is limited house keeping and dont provide daily water for drinking. house keeping and changing of towels need to be pre arranged and yet failed to come on those arranged date. being a business traveller, i would like to return to a clean and tidy room. hence it does not really meet my requirements for my next biz trip to london.

My 2 night stay in Citadines

I had a one bedroom (with sofa beds) apartment. - Location is good. - Bedroom is good and comfortable. - Lobby has computer and printer for guests to use. Was thankful as we needed to print an important document during my 2 night stay in the property. - Free coffee & tea at the lobby which was a plus. - Lifts unfortunately was too small; took us a while to get into the lifts when checking out. - Sofa beds were too small (my teenage daughters said they couldn't turn as they were afraid the bed will overturn.)

Great location

For the price we paid, the location is perfect for us! I can walk with my four years old kid to many places within 10-15 minutes and both Charing Cross and embankment underground stations are within few minutes walk. Not even talking about the big wheel and the river bank is just a few steps away. The one bedroom is good enough size and it fits the purpose of not worrying to wake the kids while you can still stay up late. The sofa bed is a very sturdy two single beds and I can opened it very easily without making a huge effort. The interior is not fancy but again good enough. One downside for this stay is my apartment is just right next to the bin dispenser, but it was winter so it doeesn’t bother me as much.

Very poor wifi and lack of heated shower

I booked 2 studio apartments. Wifi in both rooms was very weak, which is not acceptable for a Citadines brand hotel. Hotel did try to make up for it by offering free breakfast. However, this does not solve the root of the problem. They need to resolve this wifi issue. For one of the rooms, heater for shower was on and off. Water turned icy cold at times while showering and nothing could be done, according to the staff. Staff said it was shared heater and recommended to keep a 20 minutes interval between showers. How silly is that? If this has been an existing problem, the hotel must fix the problem before offering the room for accommodation. This is again an utter letdown. For a hotel chain like Citadines, this is not acceptable. No alternatives offered such as room change.
