Extreme convenience!

This hotel is very well located with shopping, food, train station, more food, bars and everything nearby. Only slight challenge is that it is not connected with a shelter to Euraville but only a short 1 to 2min walk. Staff were very friendly to help us as my colleague luggage was swapped and they helped provide the train schedule to meet the person in Brussels

Parking excess was difficult and there wasn't previous info for the pin code. The light in the toilet was out of order but didn't changed even we requested. Sofa bed was not prepared even we arrived at 6pm. There were only 1 person at the front desk and difficult to communicate in English. Location of the hotel was good but other things were not recommendable.

Convenient and comfortable

The location is great, right by a big shopping centre with a huge supermarket inside, a few minutes walk to the centre of town and the square, coffee shops and restaurants. Car park was easy to access and very secure - the hotel sent detailed instructions ahead of our stay. The apartment itself was great for a family and having a small kitchen was very useful. Room and temperature inside in winter was very comfortable. We did find the room quite dusty eg the edges/corners and under the sofa and our socks were black on the bottom after walking around in the room for a bit. Could be a little loud at times if you have noisy neighbours but otherwise quiet in the room. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was simple but nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice location and service as well.

The hotel is 5 minutes away from the train station, 3 minutes away from a big shopping mall and close to the old city. The staff was very friendly, as well.

Okay stay.

It was ‘okay’. Certainly not the best Citadines I’ve stayed at. There are stains, rips and it wasn’t to a high standard of cleaning, when you really looked. I hate interconnecting doors. Unless you are sharing that door with someone else. In this case I should have been as I made two bookings. I don’t understand why they didn’t do it. With those doors, noise and cooking smells travel. You could hear people clicking off lights! Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Property was very easy to get to and useful being literally above the Lille Westfield.

the water boiler is super dirty, the floor is dusty and there is smoke smell on the bed, except it is on a convenient location, nothing is good, breakfast quality is really poor

As it was a family stay with a sofa bed, it would have been nice if the sofa bed was pre-made. This is our first experience travelling around that it wasn't. With a family with children, the floors were terribly dirty. Walk around the room and you'll end up with black feet!

Very enjoyable stay the entire property was very clean and the apartment had everything you needed on it. Breakfast room was really nice and there was a good selection on offer Staff were all polite and helpful
