The apartment itself is spacious. However it’s dated and mostly very dim lighting. Carpets feel dusty. And dust can be found flying or on bed sheet. The bed sheets and towels may have stained on them. Some look like burn mark from heat cleaning or foot print on them. Location is at the edge of city centre. One peculiar thing is every now and then almost every hour there would be a loud noise of glasses being thrown into the bin. During that time we can not speak as we won’t be hearing each other at al. It comes randomly and but it deafening.

Generally good hotel which could still improve

The apartment was comfortable with good size. Location was generally good and had nice eateries nearby. The not so good: 1. I wrote in to ask if I could send my PCR test kits to the hotel before I arrived, but got no replies 2. My room was located at the far end of the hotel and my bedroom faced the street where the bars below were really noisy over the weekends. That made it harder to sleep with the noise. 3. The housekeeping was only done ONCE in my 8-night stay, after the 5th night and not in the middle i.e after 4th night, which is a little strange. I was not told that housekeeping would only be done once a week in the booking process (apparently due to Covid). I thought I paid for a hotel with daily housekeeping. 4. The frying pan needed a replacement as the base was all charred 5. The washing machine and dryer could do with a little cleaning themselves as there was quite a bit of loose threads/lint on the machines

Attitude of service staff is very lackluster, doesn’t care about guests. Not emphatic to requests. We wanted to check out later because our flights was at 5pm, but the staff did not bother to even check if it’s possible to extend check out hours but started reciting the policies of the hotel.

Frasers Suites Glasgow - Scotland

Although we (my family of 2 adults and a child) had booked a Deluxe Studio Room, we found ourselves in a much bigger spacious 1-bedroom suite - it was clean and well maintained. The kitchenette was functional and the bathrooms were clean.Most important, it had alift that stopped on each floor (much easier to move loaded luggage filled with shopping!). Overall, we had a great stay in the hotel and would defintely recommend to others.

Festive Stay

We had a lovely stay in the Fraser Suites. We had an executive apartment which had loads of space. Perfect for a couple of nights stay. The location was good as a short walk to the centre. Loved the coffee machine, and toiletries in the bathroom. Me being quite short would have found it easier if the hand toiletries were put to the right hand wall so I could reach them as the sink was quite deep so difficult for me to get to them on the back wall. One thing that would have made the stay perfect for me was to have a full length mirror in the apartment, Breakfast was good and the person working that day was very friendly and attentive. Would have been nice to have to have more options of fresh fruit but apart from that we enjoyed it.

Great Hotel. Very convenient to everything. Quiet area but many restaurants nearby. Friendly staff and very pleasant and professional. I would definitely come here again. The kitchen is a bonus. Modern rooms with plenty of space.
