Ausstattung der Küche ist zu verbessern. Keine Kanne für Tee oder Kaffee. Keine Sektgläser. Die vorhandene Kaffeemaschine ist ökologisch bedenklich. Eine normale Kaffeemaschine wäre wünschenswert.Servicepersonal sehr angenehm und freundlich. Trotz Bahnverkehr sehr ruhig.

Haustechnik Klimaanlage kann im Sommer nicht individuell reguliert werder, Zimmer viel zu kalt. Heizung ebenfalls nicht regulierbar Zimmer zu warm. Hoteleingangstür auch ein Problem. Fernsehprogramm bricht zusammen. Es gibt keinen Mitarbeiter der helfen kann, bei unseren beiden Aufentalten im Hotel.

Zweimal und nie wieder

Zweimal probiert, zweimal reingefallen. Leider kann ich diese Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen. Defekte Heizung, Urinspritzer an der Wand, defekte Hauseingangstür, defekte Dusche, fleckige Couch und schlechter Service. 4 Nächte musste ich im kalten schlafen ohne dass ich ein Ersatzapartment bekommen habe. Selbst die Fußbodenheizung im Bad ging nicht. Das Duschen viel dementsprechend auch kalt aus. Wirklich interessiert hat das niemanden. Die Hauseingangstür wird mit der Zimmerkarte geöffnet. Leider lag die ganzen 5 Tage ein defekt vor. Ein Problemloses betreten des Hauses war nicht möglich. Aus der Dusche lief das Wasser bis ins Wohnzimmer. Hier musste ich mehrere Handtücher hinlegen um genau das zu vermeiden. Interessiert hat auch das niemanden. Neben der Toilette befinden sich deutliche Urinspritzer die einen förmlich anwidern wenn man sein Geschäft verrichtet. Wichtig sei auch dass das ganze Haus sehr hellhörig ist. Mit Glück hat man keine Zimmernachbarn. Ich bin zwar sehr oft in der Gegend und benötige eine Unterkunft aber hier kehre ich nicht mehr ein.

Neue moderne Appartments direkt neben dem Bahnhof Potsdam Charlottenhof. Gute Betten. Klimaanlage und Fußbodenheizung. Parkplatz gegen Gebühr in der Tiefgarage. Zugang per Fahrzeugaufzug. M. E. für SUV nur bedingt geeignet. Aussreichend Parkplätze in der näheren Umgebung.

Die Ausstattung der Küche war etwas dürftig, z.b. wären ein paar Messer mehr oder generell normale Gläser, ein Wasserkocher und was absolut unpraktisch war, keine Garderobe, zum Jacken aufhängen vorhanden. Auf dem Balkon wäre eine Sitzgelegenheit auch sehr wünschenswert gewesen. Sonst ist die Unterkunft sehr zentral gelegen und durch die dicken Fenster, hört man kaum was vom Strassenlärm. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Appartment sauber und schön eingerichtet. Fenster mehrfach verglast, so dass man keine Störgeräusche von draußen hört. Wenn man kein Parkplatz bucht, sind die öffentlichen Parkplätze kostenpflichtig.

Schöne Appartements, geräumig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist sehr gut und Potsdam damit gut zu erkunden. Wir hatten zwei Appartements die über eine Verbindungstür zu einem gemacht wurden. Perfekt für eine Familie geeignet.

Gutes Zimmer, schlechter Service

Das Gebäude liegt ziemlich nah an einer an der Bahnstation Charlottenhof, was es relativ einfach macht, direkt nach Berlin zu fahren. Die Anbindung an Potsdam Mitte ist auch mit Bus und Straßenbahn schnell zu erreichen. Zu Fuss gut 2 km. Sehr nah sind einzelne Restaurants, aber auch Supermärkte. Das Zimmer und Bad hatten eine sehr gute Größe. Als Appartement angelegt, kann man es dort zu zweit lange gut aushalten. Eine kleine Küchenzeile zur Selbstverpflegung mit Herd, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank und einfacher Ausstattung ist vorhanden. Alles ist relativ modern gestaltet und in einem guten Zustand. Gedanken muss man sich bei der Anreise mit dem Auto machen. Die hauseigenen Parkplätze sind sehr begrenzt. Parken auf der Straße in der Nachbarschaft ist von 20:00-8:00 Uhr frei, ansonsten kostenpflichtig. Aber nichts ist frei. Es gibt ein Parkhaus, etwa 1,2 km entfernt. Dort wird tagesweise abgerechnet. Kann teuer werden. Der Service war leider im Hotel nicht gut. Der Fernseher fehlte und Besteck. Obwohl angesprochen, änderte sich in 4 Tagen nichts. Als wir am 1. Tag baten, das Zimmer einmal zu saugen und zu wischen, weil es doch sehr sandig und staubig war, war die Begeisterung gering. Wurde aber gemacht. Ansonsten kein Zimmerservice. Um Toilettenpapier mussten wir uns selbst kümmern. Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt. Unter dem Bett wurde anscheinend noch nie geputzt, was nicht schön aussah als mir etwas unters Bett fiel.

Das Appartement war sehr sauber und funktional ausgestattet, alles da, was man braucht. Schöner Balkon und praktische Tiefgarage. Außerdem ist das Bad sehr groß. Sanssouci, Gastronomie und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in fußläufiger Nähe.

Séjourner dans cet hôtel a été un vrai régal. Nous étions même tristes de n’y passer que si peu de temps. Le studio était magnifique et très confortable, le personnel adorable. Et la ville de Potsdam est une merveille.

Sehr günstige Lage direkt am Bahnhof Charlottenhof mit mehreren Bus- und Tramlinien, sowie diversen Zügen (auch direkt zum BER). Neuwertiger Zustand von Zimmer und Gebäude. Sehr ruhig (Zimmer zum Innenhof). Einziger klener Makel waren Flecken auf einem Handtuch. Ansonsten alles top!

Das Apartment verfügt über alles, was man braucht! Uns war die direkte Nähe zum Bahnhof Charlottenhof wichtig. Wenige Gehminuten bis zu den Apartments. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, sehr sauber und voll ausgestattet für Selbstverpflegung. Nach hinten raus richtig ruhig mit Blick auf alten Baumbestand. In dem Apartment kann man sich nach den Tagesausflügen wunderbar zurückziehen und auftanken. Alles in allem nur zu empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder!!!
