Perfect Villa for extended family

We were a group of 6 adults and 4 children and this villa suited us perfectly. Plenty of space.We hired a car and there is ample on street parking near the villa. Heated pool was a massive hit and the kids spent hours playing in it. Only issue is the heat pump is near the pool and main outside area so the full noise does get irritating.Would recommend to family and friends.

Stunning week in Tauro

A fantastic property for a quiet family stay - lots of room for 5 adults (it would feel cramped with more than 1 family). Tauro is a very quiet area and close to all amenities. The villa is gorgeous, especially the pool area. The kitchen is poorly equipped and needs more.

Villa Lucia

Fantastic two weeks in Tauro, Gran Canaria. Viila is superb, easliy accomdated our 2 family party. Puerto Rico within easy reach with beaches, night life and bars, also Puerto Mogan, with its picturesque old town is 10mins away by taxi. Communication with host is first class so all in all a 5 star experience.

Villa Lucia

Had a wonderful week at Villa Lucia with the whole family. There plenty of room for three families. The tables were large enough for us all to eat together and were ample good quality sun-loungers. The villa had everything we wanted including a beautiful heated pool. The location was very central and easily accessed. I would recomend this villa to anybody.

Had a wonderful stay in this villa. Communication was great. Only thing was the utensils in the kitchen could do with being more equipped. Overall would definitely return!

Great family space

It is a beautiful villa, exactly like the pictures. Gorgeous views and a great set up for some quality family time. I appreciated our stay here very much. Very relaxing and away from the tourist hot spots, which I found lovley. You for sure need a car, we rented from the airport. As a vacation rental (and in comparison to others and factoring the price) I expected a few more supplies, I had to purchase hand soap, diswasher soap, toliet paper, sugar- no supplies here at all. Richard the welcome host was great and super easy to communicate with as was the agency prior.

Nice Holiday

We have had a lovely stay at Villa Lucia. The house was nice, but the weather was very hot and only 3 of the bedrooms had aircon. So we couldn´t sleep in the 2 other bedrooms because of the temperature. It was a very nice and quiet area. I think next time we will find a house in a walking distance from the city. We had to use the car for shopping etc.

Just perfect

What can i say, i was nervous on arrival as i had been the one to book the trip to this villa for a group of very good friends. I neednt have worried !! From the first step through the garden gate it was obvious this beautiful villa was JUST PERFECT. Every room met our needs wondefully. The outside space is where we spent all of our time, it was fabulous and the pool is fantastic. Ricardo was our point of contact and we found him extremely helpful and informative. We had regular taxis into Puerto Rico which averaged around €6.50 one way, not too costly when a few of you share. Some building work going on by the villa but it never bothered us just made us more inquisitive. A short walk down the hill will take you to the Spar shop, and to Tauro beach. The whole process of booking ,checking in and staying at this beautiful villa was seamless. I would highly recommend this beautiful villa for family groups its "JUST PERFECT "

Bad company

Only aircondition i 3 out of 5 bedrooms • The door to one of the bedrooms without air conditioning, creaks so much when you use it, that it must be open all night otherwise you wake up the whole house! • Several of the plastic chairs on the terrace are broken in the back, so you hardly dare to lean back! • Air conditioning runs with water from the 1st floor down into the area where you sit and eat, not very cozy or delicious! • The pool was nice and clean when we arrived, and we were told that it would be cleaned again on Wednesday. However, that didn’t happen, and we had to avoid going to the pool on Saturday morning as it was so disgusting with animals and so on. This was even though there was cover for every evening and when we were on an all-day trip. • The door from the kitchen to the terrace cannot be kept closed without locking it – which means you cannot use it ☹ • The door on the 1st floor to the large room with its own toilet, opens alle the time and slams a lot – very uncomfortable at nights! • The cupboard doors to the toilet in the same room scrape when you open them! • The power goes off in the whole house, when you use the oven and 2 hobs at the same time, very small and vey difficult to cook for 10 people with such conditions! • Equipment in the kitchen is insufficient when the are 10 people. We had to e.g., go out and buy wine glasses so that there was enough for the whole family ☹ (We left them for the next guests) – knives are so bad that you have to fight

Vi hade en fantastisk julvecka i denna härliga villa. Området är lugnt med fina omgivningar, nära till berg, golf och stränder. Det finns en trevlig restaurang och affär nära, annars kan man ta en promenad på ca 45 min till Puerto Rico (eller en billig taxi). Värden Ricardo är den bästa! Glad, snäll och hjälpsam.

Otroligt fint ställe! Vi var 12 personer från 5år-58år som delade boende under en vecka. Poolen var varm och det fanns gott om solstolar. Vi hade en supermarket väldet nära boendet och en fin led ner till stranden. Vi hyrde 3st bilar vid flygplatsen och det fanns gott om parkeringar utanför huset. Det tog ca 4min med bil att åka till köpcentrat med massor av affärer och restauranger.

Prachtige, rustig gelegen villa met mooi uitzicht.

Compleet ingerichte villa, mooi gelegen in het Zuid-West gedeelte van het eiland. Fijn zwembad en door aantal slaapkamers en badkamers zeer geschikt voor een familievakantie. In de omgeving mooie stranden en plaatsjes. Een huurauto maakt alles gemakkelijk te bereiken.

Great place for family holiday

Lovely place for family holiday, you do need a car if want to get out and about a lot, although cabs are really cheap. Our greeting with Richard was easy handover & he was so wonderful to run us to nearest supermarket for essentials & even offered to do trips if we wanted to see more of island. Villa is as pictures, could do with a little updating / TLC but reliant on renters also taking care of it. All amenities you could wish for. Nice tauro grill just down the hill - lovely food & entertainment

I would have given 5stars overall but the lack of amenities around the area is the only reason I didn't. Its clear to see that some places have closed due to covid etc so we hired a car and got around that way, I would definitely go again and recommend this villa to anyone

Amazing

We stayed for 2 weeks in August and the villa was amazing, we couldn’t fault it. Had everything we needed. Taxis were cheap enough to get around. Spa was close for all the essentials, we did go Dinos in Puerto Rico for a big shop and got a taxi back. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

Had a lovely vacation in this beautiful villa. The communication with Ubaldo and Richard was very good, and we felt that everything was taken care of the whole time. Very nice outdoor area, and a spacious villa with all amenities included. Would absolutely like to visit again.

One week holiday on December

We were party of 8 adults and this villa accomodate us great. Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and clean with comfy beds. Towels were there waiting for us and beds were made. Outside terrace was nice and spacious with nice pool and outside shower. It might be time to get new diningroom chairs they were abit sketchy and wobbly. Also all the cattles and pans were a bit worn up but nothing too bad. When you get to villa you need to buy everything you might need including toiletpapers, coffee papers, cooking oil and if you are planning to use that great outdoor grill you need to go and buy also prickets before you can use it. All in all great place to spend your holiday short way from center. In this villa pictures what you see is what you get. Thumbs up

Een fantastische week om nooit te vergeten!

We hebben met ons gezin van 8 personen een fantastische week gehad in dit schitterende huis met privé zwembad. De communicatie vooraf verliep goed; vragen werden snel beantwoord. Doordat de verhuur van de woning via HomeAway loopt, krijg je van deze organisatie 'aanmaningen' als je niet betaald. De eigenaar van de woning wil echter een kleine aanbetaling via PayPall en de rest moet contant bij aankomst worden betaald. Dat vond ik in eerste instantie vervelend, omdat HomeAway deze wijze van betalen afraadt omdat je dan niet verzekerd zou zijn. D.m.v. overleg tussen de Nederlandse organisatie van HomeAway met de collega's van de Spaanse organisatie, bleek echter dat je wél verzekerd bent voor een evt. dubbele boeking. Deze garantie heb je vanwege de eerste betaling via PayPall. Het huis en het zwembad zijn fantastisch! Er is voldoende ruimte om het huis en de twee terrassen maken het heerlijk om de hele dag buiten te leven en te eten. Het terras met de grote eettafel staat in de schaduw en dat is heerlijk voor de maaltijden. We werden hartelijk en enthousiast ontvangen en kregen allerlei tips over bezienswaardigheden, supermarkten in de buurt en restaurants waar je lekker zou kunnen eten. De afstand tussen het huis en de boulevard in Puerto Rico is wel te lopen, maar je moet langs een drukke weg. Met kinderen is dat niet te adviseren. Een huurauto is dus wel aan te raden. Vlakbij is een Spar supermarkt, waar je veel producten kunt kopen. In Puerto Rico zijn nog veel andere supermarkten; genoeg keuze. Op de tweede dag van onze vakantie ontdekten we het begin van een wespennest onder de dakpannen van de overkapping van het terras. Na één telefoontje werd deze direct verwijderd; er is zorgvuldig gehandeld. Per persoon krijg je voor een week twee handdoeken en één groot badlaken. Dat is niet veel, maar er is een wasmachine in de keuken, zodat je de handdoeken tussendoor kunt wassen. De wasmachine was echter vies; net zoals de vaatwasser. We hebben regelmatig met de hand afgewassen, omdat de vaat niet schoon werk in de afwasmachine (ook niet als we gebruik maakten van de heetste stand, i.p.v. eco). Bij aankomst betaal je borg; deze zou de eerste dag bij thuiskomst worden geretourneerd. Ik heb er echter twee maal achteraan moeten mailen voordat het daadwerkelijk werd terug gestort. Ondanks deze kleine aandachtspunten is dit een heerlijke vakantieplek, waar je met gezin of vrienden volop kunt genieten!!

Fantastic family villa

A fantastic property beautifully presented. The owner couldn’t have been more helpful. Our party of 10 had a fantastic time. Very quiet and peaceful area. Well stocked Spar only a 10 minute walk. Lots of space in the villa.

Flott bolig i rolige omgivelser

Fornøyd med hus og beliggenhet men noe trekk på mye støy fra varmepumpe for basseng som var montert ved uteplassen. Også slitte solsenger og gamle spisestuemøbler som var i ferd meg og falle fra hverandre. Lite glass og dekketøy. Gode senger i alle rom Meget godt renhold

I love the weather of Tauro, always sunny and private pool is great. We recommend you stay because I'm sure you'll be impressed with the villa and its location and weather. You will want to repeat.

It is a luxurious villa. The house is very large and comfortable and you can enjoy having a barbecue while you see the ships at sea. This house has the best views in Tauro and it is unique. You will not see another villa as wonderful as this in Gran Canaria. The beach and the golf course are just minutes away.
