Villa Mar Alborán es la villa de vacaciones ideal en Moraira en la Costa Blanca. Situado en una tranquila y selecta calle sin salida en la exclusiva y tranquila zona de Pla del Mar en Moraira. A 5 minutos andando al pueblo y 9 minutos andando a la playa.

Esta hermosa villa de vacaciones está escondida detrás de setos con un amplio jardín tropical privado y una piscina segura. Le encantará esta típica villa mediterránea y disfrutará de la posibilidad de elegir entre muchas terrazas diferentes que ofrecen sol y sombra. Este es un gran lugar para disfrutar de una lectura tranquila, tomar el sol o tomar un cóctel al atardecer.

El nuevo piso medio reformado es un gran espacio para reuniones sociales y noches de cocina.

La villa es respetuosa con el medio ambiente con paneles solares, bomba de calor y batería.

Interior
Villa 6 piezas 195 m2 en 3 plantas, con mobiliario confortable y bonito. Capacidad 8 adultos y 2 niños. La villa se distribuye en tres plantas sin escaleras interiores.

La planta intermedia (reformada 2024) se distribuye en recibidor, salón y cocina diáfanos, TV, baño, dos dormitorios, uno con baño en suite. Salida a terraza cubierta acristalada con fabulosas vistas al mar (utilizada como comedor). Salida al jardín.

Planta superior: (escalera exterior) dormitorio 24 m2 con baño. Salida a balcón con fantástica vista al mar e increíbles atardeceres.

Planta baja: (escalera exterior), apartamento independiente con salón con cocina abierta, TV y sofá cama, dormitorio y baño. Salida a terraza cubierta tanto desde salón como desde dormitorio. Duerme 2+2

Aparcamiento reservado para tres coches. Canales de TV internacionales, en alemán e inglés en la planta baja.

El parque temático Terra Mítica, el parque de animales Safari y el parque acuático Aqualandia están a sólo 30 o 40 minutos.

Amazing

Couldn’t fault anything, up there with the best property we’ve stayed in. It was so well equipped, clean and great location. The hosts had thought if everything and they actually put money into it rather than just a basic holiday let. Would recommend to anyone.

Home away from home

The house had everything to make our stay comfortable, everything you could think of was available. Comfy beds, well equiped kitchens, nice pool and great views. Change of linen and towels weekly. Good communication with the cleaning lady, thanks Rassa! We had several guests and they all whished they could stay longer. And so did we.

Fantastic house - fantastic vacation

We very much enjoyed our stay at this fantastic property. I don't know where to start: Plenty of place to relax by the pool, the great dining table with the spectacular view, short walking distances to the harbour and supermarkets, but actually you just want to stay at the house, because it is so nice. Great recommendation!

Lovely Villa

The Villa is wonderful, we had a lovely time here, and hardly moved away from the pool for the first few days. It is a simple down hill walk into the lovely town. I would recommend it, and we may well be back again.

This is a high spec property. Everything we could want for 8 people. Very spacious on three levels. Ideal layout for us and our three grown up children and their partners.

Fantastic villa.

Best villa we have stayed in. 7 people in total - 3 teens and 4 parents. Standard of villa very high. Town great. Walking distance to town. 3 girls (17, 15 and 14) could safely explore on their own. Food in restaurants good and lovely area. Supermarket close by. Great to have beds changed and bathrooms cleaned after a week. Would highly recommend.

3rd time we have stayed in Moraira, 1st time at this villa and it was the best one yet. Excellent location (lovely views as well) and villa very well equipped - they had everything you needed. Pool area was fantastic. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic villa so close to the town

The photos don’t do this villa justice. The villa worked perfectly for our family holiday with the split living over the three floors allowing everyone their independence. They had everything you could need and you could happily spend the week without venturing into to the town if you wanted. We regularly walked into town which took no more than 15 minutes. Some of our party weren’t able to do the walk, but access by car was easy. Moraira offered ann overwhelming amount of restaurants. Could have easily spent another week there. We had a 2 year old with us and found the villa and the town to be very child friendly with lots of parks and crystal clear beaches. Would definetly recommend to anyone with or without children. Could not be faulted.

Very Good villa for group of adults

located close to the town, supermarkets and within easy walking distance of both beaches. Property is very good with 3 double bedrooms and one twin room, all have ensuites or close bathroom. Downstairs kitchen is ideal for food by the pool and 2 good BBQ. Plenty of seating areas in and out of the shade

Family holiday.

We spent a week in this loveley house. Perfect with a fully equipped apartment on the bottom floor for the family with a toddler. We spent many wonderfull evnings in the "diningroom with the doors opened. The pool area was excellent with pleanty of sunbeds for everyone.

Absolutely Amazing

The Villa Albaron well what can you say about it, it is a fantastic place to stay in a very convenient place in a nice area.The villa itself has amazing accommodation from bedrooms to living area's,The lower level had great pool and bbq area. There were seven of us and there was plenty room for all. All I can say is go and stay there you'll all have a fantastic vacation in a beautiful place.

Excellent for large family group

We were 4 couples holidaying together so the separate accommodation levels worked well, we also had family that lived locally visit so the outside space, lower level kitchen land bbq was excellent. Only thing missing was an information folder.

We had a fantastic time at this villa. The communication was great throughout with quick responses. When we arrived, the villa was better than the pictures! It had everything we needed and more! With an abundance of utensils and equipment which made our stay stress-free. Air-con in all of the rooms too. Walking distance to the town (10-15mins) and local beach (15-20mins). We drove to a few beach coves (20mins) and to the waterfalls (60 mins). We were a group of 8 girls and this seemed to be a safe neighbourhood for us. We had a fun night out in Saxos too! We hired cars to drive from Alicante airport which was helpful as taxis seemed difficult to get- but there was great parking at the villa. Overall we had a perfect stay- could not thank you enough! We hope to come back!

Probably due a bit of an update.

We need to caveat the review by saying that we needed to move out after 2 days as there were serious roadworks happening outside the villa that shook the building 8am-6pm. Although the hosts would have known about this before our arrival (and it would have been nice to be able to find a new villa before we arrived rather than half way though) they were very good with offering a refund. In terms of the villa, it’s split into 3 parts so the bedrooms are all on three separate levels which isn’t great when you’ve got a young family as you want to be able to access them in the night. The upstairs kitchen is definitely dated, as are the toaster etc. Downstairs kitchen is well appointed.

Amazing Stay in a Holiday Villa in Moraira, Spain!

I recently had an incredible stay with my family in a holiday villa in Moraira, Spain. From the moment we arrived, we were overwhelmed by the villa's fantastic location. It was within walking distance of the charming town of Moraira, which meant we had easy access to all the amenities and attractions nearby. One of the first things that caught our attention was how clean and well-maintained the villa was. Everything was neatly organized, and it was evident that attention had been paid to every detail to ensure guests feel right at home. The interior was stylish and comfortable, with ample space for our family of four adults and a three-year-old. One of the highlights of our stay was the delightful swimming pool. It was spacious and well-maintained, perfect for cooling off during the hot days. Our three-year-old had the time of his life in the pool, and we all enjoyed relaxing on the sun loungers around the pool while taking in the beautiful surroundings. As for the amenities, we were not disappointed. The villa was equipped with everything we needed, from a fully-equipped kitchen where we could prepare delicious meals to comfortable beds, a spacious living room, and a dining area where we could enjoy meals together. Additionally, there was ample parking space for two cars, which was very convenient. The location of the villa was also perfect for us. We could easily walk to the town of Moraira, where we could enjoy cozy restaurants, shops, and beautiful beaches. It was nice to take an evening stroll and soak in the atmosphere of the town without having to worry about finding parking. Overall, our stay in this holiday villa in Moraira was an unforgettable experience. The location within walking distance of Moraira town, the clean and well-maintained villa, the abundance of amenities, and the delightful swimming pool made it the perfect choice for our family vacation. We would highly recommend this villa to others looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Moraira. Thanks again for your hospitality

Vivimos en una hermosa casa, en el archipiélago de Estocolmo (Suecia) con nuestros 2 hijos. Krister trabaja como gerente de dirección para la compañía Hexagon que vende equipo de GPS a compañías de construcción y Christel trabaja como controlador financiero para otra compañía Hexagon. Desde hace muchos años deseábamos comprar una segunda casa, por lo que hicimos varias búsquedas en España hasta que en 2013 encontramos la propiedad perfecta en Moraira, nuestra ciudad favorita.

Our villa is perfect for holidays with family and friends. You are after a few minutes’ walk in Moraira were there are many great restaurants and good shopping. Our villa is located between the fantastic El Portet beach and the bigger La Ampolla beach so both beaches are within reach. You will not be disappointed.
