Villa Eva - New to the market, fully refurbished licensed villa - private pool

Our beautiful family friendly villa is new to the rental market following a full refurbishment and has a full V Licence for holiday rentals.

Our Villa is located in the family-friendly resort of Caleta de Fuste. The resort is situated centrally on the island of Fuerteventura and is just a 15 mins car ride from Puerto Del Rosario airport. The Villa is located on the Fuerteventura Golf Course with a peaceful front-line position and is just a short 10/15-minute walk to a variety of amenities including beautiful sandy beaches, supermarket, shops, pharmacy, doctor, children’s play area, restaurants, spa, casino, bowling, arcades and cinema.

The Villa comprises of One super king, one queen, one twin and one single bedroom and two bathrooms, sleeping a total of seven persons. All bedrooms and the lounge benefit from individual air conditioning. The family bathroom hosts a large walk in shower and the master en-suite hosts a jacuzzi bath and shower. As a family we have tried to think of everything you need to relax, unwind and enjoy the villa and your holidays!

Included in your stay Free of charge are Wi-Fi, 55" and 42" Smart TV's giving access to your Netflix, Amazon and Disney+ Accounts, an Xbox 1s with a selection of games, outdoor pool table, board games, Indoor and Outdoor Children's toys. As parents ourselves we have tried to ensure your family needs are catered for. For our very small guests we have available a travel cot, baby bouncer, baby bath, blender, potty, trainer toilet seat and high chair.

Outdoors you will find a private heated pool, BBQ, alfresco dining area, brand new sun loungers for you to benefit from the south facing terrace. Our large rooftop terrace offers an alternative outdoor space and gives you beautiful ocean views across the golf course and Caleta de Fuste. Access to the roof terrace is restricted by a lockable door to avoid any little explorers!

Our villa is thoroughly cleaned prior to each guests arrival. All linen, towels and beach towels are provided.

Pool heating and air conditioning are provided in the appropriate season and are available out of season at an additional cost.

Amazing villa

The villa was clean and well equipped. Great communication from booking and whilst we were there too. Lovely maintenance man and lots of extras supplied in the villa. We will be back

We loved it

There was nothing that we didn't like at the villa. Enjoyed heated swimming pool which was constantly heated to 29.5 and above. There were complimentary drinks provided upon arrival which was very nice of the host. Overall superb holiday

The best holiday we have ever had!!

This property really is outstanding. Every last detail has been thought about. From the endless amounts of toys for our children, to the beautiful furniture and the kitchen having everything you could need! The villa was only a short walk to the shops and restaurants then a 30 minute stroll to the town centre. Absolutely loved it and would definitely go back!!

Perfect festive getaway

This was the second visit to this property, so we knew that the property perfectly suited our family group of younger kids, teenager, adults and grandparents. Spacious, great fittings and in great proximity to town and local amenities. Terry and his team do a fantastic job of communicating and preparing and are always on hand for any requirements. We will almost certainly return again.

1st Class Villa

Having stayed in many Vilas over the last 22 years on the Island and the 2nd visit to Villa Eva this is by far the most comfortable, very clean with comfy beds and furniture, excellent air conditioning in all rooms spacious outside area with ample sun loungers and outdoor seating with BBQ. Pool was heated and cleaned regular by Terry who was always on hand to answer any questions. Internet was excellent and location just a 15 minute walk to the Atlantico shopping centre with bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend and cannot wait to return next year !

Excellant villa and location

Villa plenty of room and clean, we made use of all of facilities in villa.Pool was great clean and temperature was ideal, Aircon was a Must and worked great, HUGE Tv BBQ was super . we picked this Villa because of location to the sea and local shops which were with in a gentle stroll of 10 mins and our outlook was over the Golf course, Terry couldnt do enough for us who is the property manager, very knowledgable . we would return to the villa with out doubt.

Wonderful Weekend Away, perfect villa!

We Visited Villa Eva this weekend to sample it for a larger group booking potentially later in the year. What can I say, we had an absolutely amazing stay. Villa Eva have thought of everything you could need. It really is a 5 star accommodation in a 5 star location. The interior is finished to an incredibly high standard. We also cannot thank Terry the property manager and his wife enough who greeted us on arrival, they were a blessing during our short stay and very helpful answering all our questions. Highly recommend and we will be back!

This is our 1st holiday in just over 3 years, due to covid. We all needed this holiday and Villa Eva was just perfect. Very comfortable, decorated nicely, very clean, loads of utensils and equipment for everything needed. Beds comfortable, lovely towels and bedding. Pool was great and the pool table, which we all had a good laugh playing, especially when the wind got up a bit and the balls rolled over the table. A great experience here and will be back again. Terry was great too, a lovely guy to chat too and very helpful. Thankyou for letting us use this Villa, we all had great time here.

Very impressed

Very impressed with the villa how clean and tidy it was, Terry the property manager was available on hand when needed, as I set the alarm of by accident, he came round the next day and explained it all again. The only observation I had was the pool towels, although they cosmetically make the picture of the rooms fantastic, in reality they are not practical as the sun cream stains them. Although they were clean and smelt very fresh. I would definitely return to the villa.

Fantastic villa ideal for young children

This was a fantastic villa! We chose this villa on the basis of the photos of the villa, the description provided and also because of the toys for the little one. Everything was as described, if not better! It was a real treat to stay here. The villa was really well appointed. There was air-con in all four bedrooms and the main living area. The kitchen had everything we needed and was high spec. The beds were comfortable and the showers were really nice. The outdoor area was as nice as the photos looked (if not better). All the children's toys meant our 18 month old was constantly entertained with the array of toys. The pool was recently redone. It was extremely clean as well as being lovely and warm and we were in everyday with the little one. Also, thanks to Terry and his wife for looking after us so well while we were staying at the villa, but also for the excellent communication beforehand.

Perfect

Villa Eva has everything you can think of to make your stay relaxing and easy. Fully stocked kitchen to include cooler bags, ice blocks and more. The swimming pool was clean and warm and the bedrooms were bright , well decorated and clean. We had two small children with us the villa had everything they could possibly want to play with. Scooters, play house and for the adults a pool table. Communication was strong and clear prior to arriving. Terry was there to answer any questions I had whilst I was packing in the UK and he even greeted us face to face in the Villa on our arrival. Terry, you were amazing. Thank you for all your help. I highly recommend Villa Eva Thank you

tolle Villa für einen schönen Urlaub

Beim Ankommen wurden wir von Terry sehr nett empfangen. Bei einem kurzen Rundgang wurde uns alles gezeigt und das check-in abgeschlossen. Die Villa ist sehr schön aufgeteilt, hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage direkt am Golfplatz ist sehr ruhig und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir waren insgesamt 5 Personen und können die Villa auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Liebe Grüße aus Deutschland ! Familie Bretschneider

We are a family of 5 from North Yorkshire who loves the sunshine! We first visited Fuereteventura in 2017, and stayed in a villa just a stones throw away from Villa Eva. We loved the relaxed pace of life, the all year round sunshine and the gentle breeze that makes the very hot days bearable. We fell in love with Caleta and how accessible everything is. bars, restaurants, beautiful family friendly beach, activities, the mall and some great scenery, it's got it all. The perfect holiday location, 365 days a year!

We love a project! We saw the potential in this villa and fell in love, so we set about refurbishing it to make it a home we could enjoy as a family! A lot of love has been poured into the renovation. The villa has been completely redecorated inside and out, all new furnishings, beds, linens, appliances, sofa, pool table, sun loungers you name it!
The front line golf location and large private swimming pool provide a peaceful place to relax and unwind. Having 3 children of our own it was important for us to create a villa that all ages can enjoy, but also as our children grow or grandparents come to stay, we wanted to provide somewhere to allow everyone their own space and downtime.

The Villa is just a short 10/15-minute walk to a variety of amenities including beautiful sandy beaches, supermarket, shops, pharmacy, doctor, children’s play area, restaurants, spa, casino, bowling, arcades and cinema.
The Villa is located on the golf course and just 10 minute walk away is the Club House, where you are able to enjoy a 9 or 18 hole round, or have a lovely al fresco lunch watching the golfing world go by!
We have tried to think of everything you would need to enjoy your holiday both for those beachy days out or lazy days by the pool. We have plenty of toys, books and games for all ages, Smart TV's, Xbox and games, Pool table and of course Free Wifi is provided.
