Bedroom 3 contains 2 single beds, perfect for children or additional guests.

The main bathroom includes a bath, shower, sink, and toilet for your comfort.

The open-plan living space is designed for relaxation and entertainment, with large comfortable sofas, a double sofa bed that sleeps 2, and a 43-inch smart TV for all your streaming needs.

The dining area features a table and seating for 6, ideal for enjoying meals together.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, and dishwasher, providing everything you need for self-catering.

Our contactless check-in makes arriving at your own convenience even easier. All our properties are accessed via a lock box with the entry codes being issued prior to arrival meaning no queuing at reception to check in at specific times.

We can offer (dependent on availability) early check-in of 2pm, late check-out of 12pm, and travel cot hire. Additional charges apply, please ask for relevant charges.

Stay at Rye Holiday Park

Great location, everything you need and great walks all on your doorstep. We booked the 8 person lodge with 1066, but be aware this caravan is only six berth, the put you up in the lounge is too small for two adult's. The campsite is great, with indoor swimming pool.

We had a lovely week in River View Lodge. The setting was beautiful with great views over the nature reserve from the decking. The lodge was spacious, well equipped and clean. The only things we were missing were an iron and hairdryer but overall a great stay!
