This extensive Montemares Villa with large private pool is perfectly set back in an elevated position which ensures the most stunning views and all day sunshine.
The villa is decorated beautifully and boasts an array of features aswell as imposing views overlooking La Manga Club and beyond. Montemares is truly one of the finest villa rental locations the resort has to offer.
Having been recently refurbished, you will enjoy the spacious three double bedrooms all having their own luxury refurbished en suite bathrooms.
The open plan modern feel continues in the spacious kitchen which has been re-fitted with all modern touches and appliances.
Split level open plan living room and separate dining area leads onto the many terraces with views to the surrounding hills and garden with private pool.
There are ample opportunities to take in the fabulous views with terraces on each level of the villa, allowing you to enjoy a relaxing drink or barbecue in stunning surroundings.
The villa is easily accessed from the covered car port. It is fully air conditioned throughout and of course wifi is included
This villa is also available as a five bedroom and 4 bathroom property with the addition of the separate annex, ideal for larger families, friends or groups, it comprises of a further fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, living room, two further bedrooms and shower room.

In its elevated position, with huge wrap around terraces, it offers absolutely stunning views across to the Mar Menor and Mediterranean. The secure terraces provide fantastic outdoor living space, the perfect place to chill and soak up the ever changing view.
