Fantástico duplex en plena naturaleza (SkiandGolf)

Ubicado en la sierra de Gudar. Puedes traer a tu familia o amigos a respirar el aire puro de la montaña.. En la temporada de verano puedes venir a huir del calor, disfrutar de un clima seco, hacer senderismo, probar las gastronomía de la zona o jugar al golf en uno de lo únicos campos rurales de España.

En invierno la mayor atracción son las pistas de esquí que están a menos de 10 minutos del dúplex.

La propiedad tiene dos plantas, en la primera planta esta ubicado el aseo, una de las habitaciones de 2 camas, el salón, la cocina y la fantástica terraza con vistas a la naturaleza. En la segunda planta se encuentra el espacioso baño principal, otra habitación de dos camas y la suite principal.

En caso de venir a esquiar, se puede alquilar material de esquí y de montaña a menos de 5 minutos en coche.

1. They cannot be more than 6 persons (Or other number negotiated before reservation) in the property in any point of time. The violation of this rule may result as the removal of all guests without refund.

2. The host will not provide firewood for the stove. The maximum degrres that the general heater can provide is 22C.

3. The person will respect and follow all the community guidelines. As no loud music or disturbance after 11pm.

4. This is a self-check-in property you certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions provide it by Airbnb through either the house manual or the check-in guide (You can find it in "My trips" once you reserve). You also agree that you will not contact your Airbnb host before reading the house manual and the check in guide.

5. Fees: 180€ per day fee for smoking inside of the house // 50€ late check-out fee, if your check-out unauthorized. //100€ Cost to replace keys. // The guest will leave the house in the same conditions as when they check in. Any extra cleaning will cost up to 100€ //If any of these rules are broke and the host has to cancel or delay further reservation, the guest will be responsible to compensate the host with the amount lost // In the event that the police are notified and show up at the village for failing to comply with the community rules, the fee will be €300

6. The guest is responsible for the cleaning of the Vila. The cleaning fee covers, activities as laundry, bathroom cleaning and floor cleaning. The cleaning fee is destinated to the maintanece of the house.

7. You agree that you're booking in good will and you will not try to damage the host business because you are unhappy with the ruling by Airbnb or the host if you experience anything dissatisfying regards, you're stay or if you lose a resolution.
