Located in the desirable and picturesque area of Pittville with lots of historic charm and beautiful Regency architecture. Including the Pittville Pump Rooms, now a venue for events and concerts.
Pittville park is a must for visiting families and dog walkers. The Race Track, Shops, Restaurants and Bars all a short walk away.

The space
As you step inside, you'll find yourself in a spacious open-plan living area that seamlessly transitions into the dining space. The layout is designed to provide a comfortable and connected living experience.

The living area flows effortlessly into the dining area, creating a harmonious space for relaxation and shared meals. This open design ensures that everyone can enjoy quality time together.
🗝 Kitchen and Bathroom Access:
From the dining area, you'll have convenient access to both the well-appointed kitchen and a modern bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, and the bathroom offers a private oasis for your comfort.
🗝 Outdoor Escape:
Venture through the back door in the kitchen to step out into the inviting decked garden area. It's the perfect spot to enjoy fresh air, a morning coffee, or evening gatherings.
🗝 Up the Spiral Stairs:
The spiral stairs in the dining area lead you to the upper level. At the top of the stairs, you'll discover two doorways, each leading to a cozy bedroom.
🗝 Master Bedroom:
In the spacious master bedroom, you'll find a comfortable king-size bed, ample storage in the form of a wardrobe and chest of drawers, and two bedside tables for your convenience.
🗝 Second Bedroom:
The second bedroom offers versatility with two single beds and two three-drawer bedside cabinets. It's an ideal space for children, friends, or additional guests.

Guest access
The entire house is yours to savor. Your digital access code will be sent to you on the morning of your stay, providing seamless entry to your home-away-from-home.
Other things to note
Guest will be asked to digitally sign our company Terms and Conditions and asked for a £200 damage deposit hold on a credit card. This will be a pre authorization/hold. The money wont be taken, it is an authorization that an amount up to this can be taken if there's any damage caused by the guest or anyone from their booking party.
The authorization starts 1 day before your arrival date, and expires automatically 3 days after your departure.
You should receive an email and an sms message with a link to your "Guestflow" portal. This all needs to be completed to receive your lockbox code on the morning of your day of arrival. Please contact us if you have any issues at all with this process. Many thanks.
Well trained dogs are accepted, but you must follow our house rules and have paid for their stay.
Glenfall street is for permit holders and the permit is from 8am to 8pm with 2hrs free within that time of 8am to 8pm. There's also car parks near by which is just 5 minutes walk. The cheapest is North Place Car Park, Postcode is - GL504JL £10 for 24 Hours.
