Verdaderamente refinado lago con más de 4,200 pies cuadrados, 5 habitaciones, 3 baños completos, 2 chimeneas de granito dividido, espacios de vida espectaculares y vistas de clase mundial del muy solicitado Lake Owen.

El interior de cedro encalado de esta casa de lujo en el lago es abierto y espacioso, con amplios espacios de vidrio y cubierta que permiten a los huéspedes admirar las vistas del lago desde casi todas las habitaciones.

La sala de estar del piso principal con su techo abovedado y su gran chimenea de leña de granito se abre a una sala de estar que rodea un televisor de pantalla plana grande, perfecto para reunirse con amigos y familiares en un entorno confortable. El comedor junto al lago y la sala de estar están rodeados por tres lados por cristal y ofrecen impresionantes vistas panorámicas del lago y del bosque circundante.

La cocina gourmet sirve como un centro central que se abre a la sala de estar con asientos disponibles en el mostrador y una ventana que da al comedor. La cocina tiene encimeras de granito, barra de bar, refrigerador de vino, lavaplatos, refrigerador y microondas de acero inoxidable, estufa Wolf y cocina eléctrica.

Hay dos dormitorios grandes y un baño completo en el piso principal. El baño grande tiene un lavabo doble y ducha con azulejos. Una habitación en la planta principal tiene dos camas individuales y la habitación junto al lago tiene una cama queen y acceso a una terraza con vista al lago.

El piso de arriba cuenta con otros 2 dormitorios y un baño grande. En la parte superior de las escaleras hay dos camas gemelas y junto a ellas hay otra habitación junto al lago con una terraza privada con vistas al lago Owen. El baño grande en el piso de arriba tiene lavabos para él y para ella, cabina de ducha y bañera separada.

Con más de 4.000 pies cuadrados, este increíble lago tiene todo, incluido un amplio nivel inferior alfombrado con sala familiar, una segunda chimenea de granito, sala de estar con TV de pantalla grande, barra para tragos, baño completo, lavadero y un quinto dormitorio.

Otras comodidades incluyen ventiladores de techo en todas las habitaciones, lavadora / secadora, aire central, TV por cable e Internet Wi-Fi.

We had a team outing to ride side-by-sides in the area. The property is amazing and the view of lake was beautiful. The host was great and very responsive. I would highly recommend staying here if you have a large group.

The layout worked out perfect for the 3 couples with large bedrooms on each level. The kitchen has high end appliances which worked well for our meals. The cabin is centrally located near Cable so easy to access nearby restaurants. The only suggestion would be to have additional garbage bags - minor complaint. We definitely would stay at this vacation house again!

Had a couple issues checking in as the management company didn't coordinate key transfer with us initially. However, they quickly remedied the situation. Also had an issue with the microwave not working, but the management company quickly delivered another one for us to use as well. In summary, the great property and the management company's responsiveness made it a great weekend despite some initial issues.

Amazing Rental!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been going up to Lake Owen for over 15 years and staying on the north end of the lake. Not only was this house amazing - clean & very spacious but the location being close to Cable (only a few minute drive) made all the difference. This cabin had more than enough room for our 9 people and a couple of our family members to visit for dinner. Only suggestion is add a wine opener & have a larger garbage depository - more cans and / a secure spot for bears? It was odd to have it right next to the house. I also would say this is definitely only a 4 bedroom - the open loft room is more of an extension of the upstairs room then separate space. If you stay in this area you can hear every single thing happening and the bathroom doors/room doors opening and closing.

We have 5 couples that stay for about 5 nights.The location of the rental and ease to town is also a huge perk of this rental!Cleanliness of the cabin is unmatched - bedding, furniture, living spaces and kitchen are spotless upon arrival. The grounds as well are always incredibly clean.The amount of space you have is unbelievable- with 4 spacious bedrooms and 1 full loft there is more than enough spaces for everyone to sleep ... in addition to a very spacious and open basement. If you are traveling with kids - there would be a ton of space downstairs for them all to sleep.We have family staying at a cabin on the lake and often host a dinner with all of us, roughly 20 people between the two cabins and there is ample places to sit and eat, cook etc.The only suggestions we have is maybe changing the loft into more of a closed bedroom - so this very large house has 5 actual bedrooms. Or at least closing off the open air downstairs look so the individuals sleeping up there aren’t bothered. And switching the twin beds to queen beds instead - maybe using the twins for downstairs extra sleeping.We will continue to come back to the Serenity on Lake Owen every year it’s able to be rented. We love it at this home and love being on lake Owen. Thank you for another wonderful experience!

Almost Perfect

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not quite what we expected. This was our 5th year staying at a cabin in the Cable area. However the only year we couldn't swim or play in the water near our cabin/dock which was a disappointment as this was by far the most expensive cabin we have ever rented. Upon entering the cabin, we found it very hot, almost 90 degrees inside, and dust and spider/bug remnants everywhere. We were not able to turn the air conditioning on until we replaced all the batteries in the thermostats. Then we focused on replacing the batteries in the fire alarms that were beeping and then went on to installing new light bulbs as almost 50% were out. Once we got everything to where it should have been we enjoyed our stay. Many things needed attention, the grill was filthy, there is no where to put trash and may others, which if I were the owner I would make sure were not a renters problem to deal with. The house is beautiful and the view is amazing. Water around the dock needs to be raked to be usable, but not something we were going to do. I could have called and complained about everything we weren't happy with, but didn't want to waste my vacation worrying about what should have been done before we got there. So, hopefully this helps bring attention to what could be a unbelievable VRBO home. However it's not worth the extra $ until it's taken care of how it should be.

Fantastic Property

The location is so easy to get to from town and allows you to easily go into Cable, Hayward, restaurants etc.The house is always very clean and well maintained and there are a ton of amenities available.There are plenty of places to sleep and spread out so if you are traveling with other couples the amount of bathrooms and space is perfect.Our only feedback is 3 bedrooms are queen/king but the other two sleeping areas are twin beds. And one “room” is a loft. We wish it was truly 5 bedrooms (closing off that loft area) and all queen beds. With how massive the basement is you could throw in a couple bunk beds downstairs for kids.

Great house, needs new property management

The house was beautiful, the lake is amazing and our stay was overall awesome with a few things that need to be addressed. This is a 4 bedroom house with a loft. Not 3 as listed. The beds were very comfortable, there was the nice surprise of having a pool table but the cue sticks were very warped. I was surprised there was no furniture outside at all. Nowhere to sit outside and enjoy the lake. As someone who has rental property and knows what management companies should take care of, I was disappointed in communication from the management company. Texted asking for kayak and paddle board, no reply. Texted next day and she said she never got our text. 1. The front door handle was broken, people got randomly "locked out" despite the door not being locked 2. Several light bulbs were either missing or just burnt out. We spent over an hour the first night trying to locate the switch for the lights down to the lake. I texted the manager and she called me to tell me she didn't know & I should just try all the switches, which I had. The next day we figured out 2 of the bulbs were just unscrewed while the ones to the lake were burnt out & required a screwdriver to replace the bulbs (which we did for them). 3. The shower upstairs has one showerhead that doesn't work, not a dealbreaker but should be looked at. 4. The toilet seat downstairs moves when you sit on it, thus exposing you to the rim & it's easy to pinch yourself on it. This is an easy fix, so why not just take care of it? 5. Most of the kitchen drawers & silverware holder were dirty, which is very gross. 6. Dishes were not clean. One steak knife had someone's steak still on it. 7. There are very few items for cooking. The 1 baking pan was coated. The coating comes off on the food you cook. There were no glass baking dishes. There are no serving spoons, just large regular spoons. The one serving spoon can't even scoop scrambled eggs. 8. The house had tin foil, but it would be nice to have baggies supplied/mention the need to bring these items with. 9. Grill was very dirty 10. The biggest issue was the boat. I have an email from them assuring me the boat would be there at 4pm on arrival day. I paid for 4 days. The boat showed up at 830pm when it was too dark to use. I did receive $100 credit but that doesn't cover the cost to rent it for that day. The boat was very dirty. Cupholders and seats have black mold. Would stay here again if there were new managers. Again, house great, managers - no.

Serenity cabin is absolutely amazing. It is in a great location, gorgeous views overlooking the lake and the kitchen is full stacked with everything you need to cook for a large family. The beds are cozy and the bathrooms are clean. Do not hesitate to book, also the internet was very fast, the whole family was easily able to watch Netflix together.

Great lake experience

Overall a great short getaway. A few deferred maintenance issues (e.g. broken sliding doors/blinds, non-functional microwave, etc). But nothing we needed to immediately address with the owner and otherwise listing is accurate. Great wifi if you need to work (which we did). A bit pricey for what you get but a beautiful location and near Cable.

Great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are one of six couples who get together for golf, kayaking, shopping and general goofing off each Labor Day weekend. We look for a lake home on a lake, near a golf course and good dining. That home needs to have at least five bedrooms (for adults) two baths and a dining table that will accommodate all twelve of us. The lake views are a bonus!!
