These places are within 5-8 minutes walking distance.
If you want to go to places that are not in the city centre we recommend you to take the underground.
The apartament has very good connections. If you came by train or plane you have direct buses to the apartment.

To access the upper floor you have to climb some stairs inside the accommodation.

Important: Due to its privileged location in the center of Madrid, it may be that on occasions of heavy traffic or on specific days, there may be noise from outside.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay
No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.
Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.
The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.
It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.
The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.
Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.
The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.
