Room: A room with a comfortable double bed, perfect for resting after a day exploring the city. It includes high quality bedding and a spacious wardrobe.
Kitchen and Living Room: The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as fridge, microwave and oven, along with all the necessary utensils to make you feel at home.
The living room has a sofa bed, ideal for additional guests, a TV and a cozy reading corner.
Bathroom: A modern and clean bathroom with shower, located next to the room, equipped with towels and essential toiletries.
The apartment has access to a private area of the fully gated community.
It includes a beautiful garden, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing outdoors. In addition, the area has free outdoor parking and a garage included for your convenience.

It has electric heating and hot water by electric pump.
You can park for free on the street or in the private parking space.
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.
The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay
No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.
Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.
The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.
It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.
Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover
In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.
The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.
Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.
The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.
Heating should not be set above 22°C, which we believe is the ideal temperature for your stay.
