If you want to go to Madrid centre you can do it by train. The train station is only 20 meters " San Cristóbal Industrial"
The accommodation is on a ground floor.
The accommodation is a studio where the kitchen, the living room and the bedroom are united in the same room. The bedroom is a little separated by an environment seprador.
The bathroom is the only room in the house that is completely separated and has a door.
It has air conditioning in the living room and split type heating.
It also has a private terrace on the street floor and a communal pool.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.
The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.
It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.
In case of loss or non-return of the garage key or control will be a cost of 60 euros.
Damage to the following amenities will cost:

30 € duvet cover
In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.
The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.
Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.
The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.
Heating should not be set above 22°C, which we believe is the ideal temperature for your stay.
