Stylish VDL Villa - Heatable pool & kids section
This villa designed by Triorum Algarve is located in a central location of Vale do Lobo, and features a private heated pool with a kids section / fence**. It has been stylishly decorated, and has three double bedrooms as well as a large and comfortable open plan living-dining area - perfect for a large family or two couples sharing.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND BOOKING REQUESTS WITHOUT CHECKING AVAILABLE CHANGEOVER DATES.
Even if dates show as available we do have restrictions since we line up bookings.

The space
The Villa is located in the heart of the Vale do Lobo resort close by the tennis academy. A lovely playground is a minute's walk away from the doorstep.
The patio at the back of the villa is perfect for Al-Fresco dining with a large dining table and sunloungers for relaxing.
Additional terraces and a roof terrace offer even more outdoor space and can be used for sunbathing in privacy.
On the inside, the villa offers an open plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and living room area. The living area features a fireplace, cable TV, DVD, bluetooth speaker soundbar, and free WiFi internet access. Sliding doors provide access to the private patio and heated pool**.
The ground floor double bedroom features a super kingsize bed of the luxury brand Jensen, a wardrobe and its own adjacent bathroom.
The first floor master double bedroom features a super kingsize bed with separate mattresses and two large wardrobes. It shares the large family bathroom with the third bedroom, which has two single beds and its own small terrace.
The villa is fully air-conditioned.*
BABY PACKAGE
We offer a free baby package consisting of the following items, on request:
- Highchair
- Travel cot
- Stair gate
- Baby bath
For babies under two we can additionally supply a blender to prepare babyfoods as well as a microwave steriliser.
* The use of the AC units is available to guests who require these extra facilities, but carries an extra cost of 150 Euros per week during the summer months of June, July, August and September. See Rental Rules.
** Pool heating and safety fence are optional and charged extra at 190 and 90 Euros per week respectively. Please see rental rules, 10 day prebooking required.
TOURIST TAX
In line with practices adopted by other municipalities across the Algarve and various cities internationally, Loulé Council has introduced a tourism tax for the municipality.
Rates are as follows:
Low Season (1st November – 31st March): 1€ per day / per person
High Season (1st April – 31st October): 2€ per day / per person
Please note the following stipulations:
- The tax is applicable only to those who are over 16 years-old of age
- It is charged only on the first 5 days of your stay
- The tax needs to be paid in cash during checkin
SECURITY CAMERAS
For our property's and guests' security, all our villas are equipped with two security cameras monitoring property boundaries: the front door, and the back patio gates and walls.
Other things to note
Please do not send booking requests without having checked with us for available checkin and checkout dates AND read our extended house rules, such as age and capacity limit, damage deposit and optional extra charges.
