With distant sea views and a brilliantly convenient location, this awesome property ticks all the boxes for quality and comfort. Located in Rosudgeon which is on the Helston Road and equidistantly positioned between Marazion and Praa Sands, Trekenna is ideally located for accessing some of this areas 'must visit' beaches, attractions and west Cornwall towns. Rosudgeon itself has a couple of pubs serving food including The Packet Inn plus handy CO-OP convenience store. The beaches at Marazion and Praa Sands are just a couple of miles away by car with an array of beachside facilities on offer at both. Closer still is the lovely, sheltered Prussia Cove with rocky beach and the sandy beach at Perranuthnoe which are again both worth visiting. The bustling town of Penzance with its busy railway station and choice of supermarkets, is just six miles by car. You can also do day trips to the Isles of Scilly from Penzance.
