¿Por qué perder su tiempo y paciencia esperando en un ascensor cuando puede estacionar directamente en el mismo piso que el condominio? ¡Una cerradura de la puerta de entrada sin llave para que no tenga que mantenerse al día con las llaves!

Phoenix West es uno de los condominios más lujosos del Golfo. Puede disfrutar de una vista espectacular del golfo desde el balcón o desde las ventanas del piso al techo en la sala de estar y en cada habitación. Con más de 2,600 pies cuadrados, la unidad es muy espaciosa y recientemente amueblada.

La unidad está decorada profesionalmente, gabinetes a medida, barra para tragos con hielo, HDTV de pantalla plana de 60 "en la sala de estar con televisores de pantalla plana de 50 '' en el dormitorio principal, televisores de alta definición de 45" en los otros tres dormitorios, sala de lavandería con lavadora grande y secadora. Tres habitaciones tienen camas King y hay dos camas Queen en la cuarta habitación. También hay un sofá cama Queen en la sala de estar en caso de que necesite más espacio para dormir un total de 12.

Hay un río lento, tobogán acuático, piscina al aire libre con piscina para niños cercada, piscina climatizada en la puerta, dos jacuzzis, gimnasio de última generación, 4 saunas y cancha de tenis en la azotea.

Hay un límite de edad mínima de 25 años para reservar la unidad que se aplicará sin reembolso por violación.

Estacionamiento: debe comprar sus pases de estacionamiento a su llegada, son una tarifa única de $ 35 por vehículo. Cualquier unidad 4br que alquile en Phoenix West le garantiza que puede comprar hasta TRES pases de estacionamiento, la recepción le venderá pases adicionales según la ocupación del complejo durante su estadía, pero no espere poder comprar un pase adicional durante el temporada de verano.

Great Stay!

The property was as pictured, roomy and like home. The best location and amenities. Small issues with the main tv and refrigerator were taken care of with no waiting. Overall we had a fun and pleasant stay!

Beautiful Beachfront Condo

This place was incredible! It looks even bigger in real life. The living room was very spacious with panoramic ocean views. It was nice that everyone had a private bathroom in their room. We had a large group, my family of 4, parents, grandpa, and brother &sister in law. It was nice that all the couples were able to have king size rooms. The double bed room worked out perfect for us and our 2 boys (6 and 2 yrs). It was nice to have a walk in pantry for groceries and also the ice maker in the bar was a nice perk for drinks out on the balcony and down at the beach. This place felt like home for a week and we were all sad to leave! :)

Family vacation to Orange Beach

This condo met the needs of our family group of ten nicely. It was clean and ready to go on arrival. We had a issue with a toilet and one of the TV's, but management took care of the problems quickly. The parking on the 8th. floor was very convenient. The grilling area was very nice, with plenty of grills and tables. The kitchen was well supplied, the only thing I would suggest is more kitchen towels, and some pot holders. All the windows were great and we had wonderful views, but it did warm up inside in the afternoons. All in all it was a very nice unit, and we thoroughly our week there.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a sweet find as we were searching for our family vacation for my sister. The beds were very comfortable, the living and kitchen area is huge. It accommodated our combined family of 11 perfectly. The only problem at all was the carpets weren’t vacuumed as good as they could have been. With a crawling baby we had to be careful. The location was perfect to May of Orange Beach’s wonderful restaurants and the view from the balcony as a corner unit was beautiful. We very much enjoyed our stay and plan to return of our schedules allow!

2022 Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is beautiful, spacious and provides amazing Gulf views. We rented three, four bedroom condos for our family, which comfortably held 29 of us. While I understand we are nearing the end of the summer with a lot of people in and out thus far, I was disappointed with a few things that should not have been an issue especially with the price you pay. There is a cigarette smoke smell, clogged showers, leaky faucets, one dish towel, dirty carpet, broken shelves, disorganized kitchen and very dirty vents and ceiling fans (dust falling on beds). Simple fixes, yet they add up. Luckily my husband is very handy. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

GURLZ WEEK 2019 !

This is the second consecutive year for we 10 women from Louisiana to rent this condo ! Beautiful accommodation for large family, too. Floor-to-ceiling and wall-to-wall windows in all 4 bedrooms as well as the dining room and wrapping around into the expansive living room. LARGE corner balcony facing the sunset. Spectacular ! Well-outfitted kitchen with everything you need and then some ! EASY parking right outside your hallway door on the 8th (and highest) parking level makes getting all your luggage and crap . . . errrr . . . VITAL necessities . . . as easy as possible. Higher floor levels require you to get in the elevator to transport your “vital necessities” upward. NOT SO with this corner condo ! Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful vacation spot !

Did Not Meet Expectations

When we first got to the condo there was a very distinct smell of cigarette smoke coming from the laundry room. The smell never went away. There was a large hole in the guest bedroom that was leaking from the floor above. Plumbers came in multiple times throughout our stay to work on the issue. The dishwasher works, but is tough to close and start. The toilet in one of the master bedrooms overflowed from the top during our stay and we had to shut off the water to that toilet until it could be fixed. The listing looks very nice online, but we were a bit disappointed with the overall quality and cleanliness.

Had I known....

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was gorgeous, clean & love the corner unit. My only complaint was when we arrived and opened the door I smelled smoke right away. Mainly the Foyer and Master area, I did get used to the smell but if you are sensitive to smoke this unit is not for you. I thought Phoenix was a non smoking building. I had just stayed here in 2306 and it did not smell like smoke, someone definitely was smoking in this unit. Very sad because you can't get rid of that smoke once it's in the carpet and drapes. Besides that if it wasn't for the smoke I would rent this unit again.

Amazing 50th anniversary celebration

My family and I celebrated my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary at the condo December 26-30th and it was amazing! Exceptional views of the ocean from the balcony, living room, dining room, kitchen, and all four bedrooms. We had 11 people there and it was so spacious that it never felt like we were on top of each other. We had such a great time that we hope to go back again sometime soon. The only complaints were that 1- the coffee maker did not work, and 2 - the fire alarms for the entire building went off three times while we were there. There were no fires that we are aware of, but we had to evacuate to the lobby each time. The building was cleared fairly quickly and there was a rumor that someone may have pulled the alarm. I have never had that happen when I’ve rented a condo somewhere before. That, of course, isn’t something that can be controlled, but it was unusual. Overall, it was an incredible stay and would love to stay there in warmer weather so we could actually swim in the ocean and make use of the outdoor pool and lazy river. Beautiful place!!!

Girls Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great trip overall! Spacious, clean, large balcony, plenty of towels, location was great. My only complaints are that the code for our door did not work after 9:00 a.m. on our checkout day and checkout time was 10:00 a.m. Luckily some of us were packing while others of us were loading the cars so we had someone to let us in but the code MUST work until checkout time. Also, no seasonings except a small salt shaker in the condo. The front desk was super slow, had an away message and said they'd be back soon but it took 15 minutes for someone to show up.Overall, we would definitely stay here again.
