La Calandria Madrid es un chalet de 450 m² con jardín y piscina privados, ubicado en plena capital .

Diseñada para hospedar a varias familias, esta casa cuenta con 8 habitaciones, 5 baños y 1 aseo.

La planta baja se distribuye en un hall, una sala de estar con biblioteca y un sofá-cama (capacidad para 2 adultos). Un amplio salón con zona de comedor, un gran sofá con chaiselongue; chimenea y TV Led de 46". Cocina completa, vitrocerámica, frigorífico congelador, lavavajillas, horno-microondas, lavadora. Zona de desayuno y TV.

La primera planta de 250 m² tiene 4 habitaciones matrimonio, una de ellas con baño. Todas muy luminosas y espaciosas.
La segunda planta consta de 4 dormitorios individuales, 2 baños, salón con sofá-cama, TV y cocina.

La casa es muy luminosa con grandes ventanales y cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos. Aire acondicionado y calefacción. WIFI de alta velocidad. 3 TV repartidas en ambos salones y cocina. Biblioteca. Comedor. Cámara de seguridad en la parte delantera de la vivienda. Terraza Chill Out. Hamacas. Césped. Ducha solar en la zona de piscina. Aire acondicionado.

El jardín cuenta con sus frutales totalmente ecológicos, palmeras, diversas plantas y arbustos. Una densa hiedra rodea todo el jardín. Barbacoa. La piscina es grande con dos niveles de profundidad y con iluminación.

La zona es tranquila y residencial sin ruidos a pesar de su céntrica ubicación. Se puede aparcar en la zona sin problemas ni ticket de hora.

A 10 minutos andando de la estación de Metro Peñagrande y a 5 minutos de paradas autobuses que llevan directos al centro (Plaza España, Callao, Moncloa, Puerta del Sol...).
Está perfectamente comunicado con el aeropuerto Barajas (Adolfo Suárez) a tan sólo 15 minutos en coche.
El mayor centro comercial de la capital "La Vaguada" se encuentra a 5 minutos en coche con restaurantes, cines, tiendas de moda y supermercados.

Enjoyable stay!

My extended family planned a reunion in Madrid to coincide with my daughter’s semester abroad. There were 14 of us that stayed at Calandria Madrid and the house met our needs with space, bedrooms and bathrooms. The host and family were very responsive and helped us down to the smallest detail such as where the closest church was located. I would recommend!

Beautiful House :)

14 of us stayed here for 2 nights as part of a girly weekend. The house is extremely clean and spacious. It's even better than the pics! Plenty of bathrooms and toilets for a big group. Only two negative points - (1) there isn't a big enough oven to cook for that many people. We struggled to have a pizza night with the tiny oven provided. (2) there are only 2 sun lounges by the pool. Again with the amount of people staying there it would have been nice to have a few more. Overall it was a great place to stay. Less than a 20 minute taxi ride to the city centre and a supermarket which is a 10 min walk away. Would definitely recommend to others.

All girls holiday

We were a group of 12, an all girl group of mixed ages and had a great stay at the villa. Facilities were great, and the villa had a really nice atmosphere with plenty of bathrooms, seating areas and comfortable bedrooms. Everything was very clean, beds were comfortable and plenty of hand wash, toilet paper, as well as washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets were provided. Some rooms and bathrooms are a little tired in decoration but everything was well maintained. The pool area was great for lounging and we were lucky enough to have lots of sunshine during our stay, which for a south facing garden was great! Travel into Madrid city is really easy with the nearby (10 min walk) metro called Penagrande, or Ubers which were cheaper than the local taxi service. Just before the metro are easily accessible shops, restaurants, banks, a bakery and mini supermarket. We ate at Gino's, which was really good and you can book online. Jorge was fantastic throughout the whole booking process as well as during our stay, and was really accomodating. Jorge recommended a great private chef which we booked for our final night dinner as well as a professional airport chauffeur service that we also used for a group ride into town on Saturday night. We will definitely recommend this villa to our friends and family, and hope we can return again in the near future!

Great villa with easy access to Madrid

Great space for a group of friends. Loved the communal space and pool. Everybody had their own room and the 3 levels worked really well giving everyone space to relax.

Jorge was great to work with, prop manager was more difficult to communicate/understand with. Property held up well to large family. Pool was hit with kids and adults. Could use some upgrading here/there. But family enjoyed the place.

Comfortable well equipped property. Efficient and helpful host

Our group was a 3 generation family party, age range 72 to 2 years. The villa was great, spacious enough for us to not get under each others feet. Well equipped with good storage space and ample bathrooms etc. Great air conditioning during a very hot week.There are handy shops nearby We had great relaxed times at the villa but also enjoyed trips into Madrid. We all came back with great memories. Thank you Jorge and family!

Beautiful villa in north Madrid

We were a group of 7 girls visiting Madrid for a week - the villa was perfectly located to allow us to day trip in to the city, and the rest of the time we spent relaxing by the pool. The garden had the sun all day long which was wonderful. The facilities were of a high standard, with the kitchen kitted out with everything you could possibly need. As we were only 7, we managed to fit all of us on the 1st floor bedrooms, however a 2nd kitchen and more bedrooms/bathrooms were also available on the 2nd floor. Would highly recommend Jorge's villa to other groups - thank you for a lovely week!

Very nice stay in this lovely house

We were a group of 16 and had a lovely time here! We had enough rooms to sleep comfortable, and the pool outside was refreshing. The taxi to the centre of Madrid was about 20-25€ and a short drive, so perfect for us. Jorge was very friendly and easy to reach before and during our stay. I would definitely recommend this place!

Wonderful villa

We stayed for 4 nights to attend a family wedding and the villa comfortably accompdated 13 people. It is possible for more to stay but they would need to stay on the more than comfortable sofa beds in the 3 living rooms at the property. It would be hard for many more than 12 to eat around the same table outside but there are at least 3 dining areas not including the sofas on the rear patio area. There is a small supermarket, cafe and underground train station within a 15 minute walk so car is not essential. This villa gives the best of both worlds, good access to Madrid but with the benefits of being far enough away from the city centre to have the space and luxury of a pool. This was a perfect property for our needs and would book it again if needing to accommodate a large group in the future.

Schöne Stadtvilla mit viel Platz in ruhiger Lage!

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 13 Personen und jeder einzelne war begeistert von dem Haus. Die ganze Abwicklung mit Jorge verlief ohne Probleme und reibungslos. Das Haus hat ein super Platzangebot durch die drei Etagen. Durch die Vielzahl an Badezimmer, gab es auch morgens keine Probleme. Der große Tisch unterm Sonnensegel im Garten sowie der grosse Tisch im Wohnzimmer, hat uns sehr schöne Abende gebracht. Der große (kalte)Pool im Garten diente für sehr viel Spaß für groß und klein. Das ganze Haus ist mit Liebe eingerichtet und sehr sauber gehalten. Insgesamt ein tolles Erlebnis und empfehlenswert.

Beautiful home, not suitable for 8 adults

The home and host were lovely. However, the top 4 bedrooms were not shown for a reason. They are the size of a large closet and really only suitable for children up to 12 years old. The beds were twin size beds and not at all suitable for adults. If you have 4 adults and 4 children, then this home would be a gem. If you are traveling with 8 adults, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

Mooie ruime Villa op prima afstand van het centrum.

Heerlijke vakantie gehad in Madrid. Ondanks dat we met 18 man waren was er toch genoeg ruimte, ook was er genoeg plek in de tuin. Jorge en zijn moeder waren beide erg gastvrij. Het enige nadeel was de niet werkende koelkast op de bovenste verdieping. Al met al een heerlijke vakantie in een mooie villa

Ausgezeichnet

Die Villa hat all unseren Erwartungen entsprochen, sie ist sehr hell, modern eingerichtet und bietet genug Platz für 17 Personen. Vor allem der Pool hat uns sehr gefallen, da es gerade im Hochsommer sehr warm sein kann in Madrid. Wir würden diese Villa auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Die Innenstadt liegt zwar ein bisschen weiter weg, ist aber mittels U-Bahn oder Uber gut erreichbar. Ausserdem gibt es in der Nähe der Villa ein Einkaufszentrum indem es alles hat was man benötigt. Wir würden diese Villa auf jeden Fall wieder buchen Unsere Klasse hatte dort einen entspannten Aufenthalt.

Wonderful house for a large family gathering!

We stayed on Calle Miguel Aracil for the month of June. The house was perfect. We maxed out the house with 18 people a few of the days. The third floor was perfect for all of the kids. The two pull out sofas worked great as beds. What the pictures don't show is that every room has black out shades, so rooms that look like they don't have privacy are made private with the flick of your wrist. They can also be made to be pitch black if you would like them that way. We used the pool every day. It was HOT in Madrid! The kitchen suited us well, and the grill was great for cooking large quantities of meat. The outdoor area is great for eating when it isn't scorchingly hot outside. The air-conditioning worked great on each floor, and we never had issues with hot water! My favorite part of the house was that we had a tree full of ripe apricots to eat. There were cherries when we first arrived, and the plums and grapes were about to be ripe when we left. The metro station is 1.1K away - about a 13-15 minute walk with our kids in tow. Uber and taxis arrive at the house within 5-10 minutes. Jorge was very helpful with all of our questions and needs.

Beautiful villa, great location

A group of 13 of us booked this villa for a week as we planned some relaxing days as well as sightseeing. The house is spacious, well equipped and beautifully decorated, with plenty of outside space and a good sized pool. There are several bars, restaurants and shops nearby, and from the Metro station you can reach the city centre in a few minutes. Jorge and Virgiana were helpful and accommodating hosts. We plan to come back!

La maison est superbe et très agréable,elle correspond tout à fait à l'annonce,Jorge est très réactif et soucieux du bien-être de ses locataires,la maison est bien équipée et fonctionnelle,notre séjour était parfait,et nous avons particulièrement apprécié le salon ainsi que les nombreuses salles de bains et les chambres,la maison est situé dans un quartier éloigné du centre mais très tranquille,il y a peu de vis à vis,donc vraiment rien à redire et nous reviendrons si l'occasion se présente

Parfait !

La maison est aussi confortable à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur, elle est propre, jolie et la literie est de bonne qualité. Il ne faisait pas assez chaud pour profiter de la piscine mais pas de regret. Nous étions 12 nous avons pris des taxis depuis l aéroport et pour notre séjour le métro était idéal car proche de la maison. Les commerces sont aussi à proximité, bien achalandés et pas cher. Tout était parfait et merci à Jorge pour son accueil, et sa gentillesse.

Outstanding!

I cannot recommend this property enough, I booked it to take 12 friends away for a long weekend to celebrate my 40th birthday. The accommodation is superbly set out with more than enough rooms, in fact it would comfortably accommodate more. The facilities are excellent with everything you could need. Had the weather been better we would have taken more advantage of the outside area which is lovely and well set out if you wanted to stay around the property. Very well positioned too for local amenities and excellent transport links into Madrid. Our whole group throughly enjoyed their stay.

Great place and all you can ask for. All in one!!

We arrived prior to our check due to our fligbt arriving in the morning I had spoken to Jorge who had been fantastic with his responses and said it was ok for us to come by to drop them off before check in. The Villa was situated a bit out of the way of th centre but we didn't find it a trouble at all as everything was accessible with a short walk. Prior to arriving Jorge had sent some useful information about the area and places we could visit which I felt he went that extra mile. I was finding it difficult to find a place that does airport transfers as there was 13 of us but Jorge helped me with this and recommended Aerocity.com which was a bargain for us and almost felt like VIP service. To put it in short Jorge helped greatly from start to finish. The place was fantastic and didn't get overcrowded even though there was a group of 13 of us. The villa had a great air conditioning on each floor which was really good and cooled us down. The pool was of good size wasn't too small or too big. Just right i think. The pictures show the villa exactly how it is. Overall it was a good stay and definitely worth recommending! Would definitely stay again if I visit Madrid. A tip if you are visiting the area is to keep google translate with you as not many spoke English and became somewhat difficult but google translate helped out. However Jorge did speak English very well so it wouldn't be a problem if you were staying at this villa!

Great House!!!

This was a great house, is very private and is good for a small group like mine or a big one. Jorge took great care of us, and always was available for us. The Metro Station is a little far from the house, but the taxis are available always and is pretty cheap. Also is a mall like 25minutes walk. Overall is a great stay.

Nos gusta la independencia que tiene en una zona residencial con jardín, barbacoa y piscina privadas. Muy bien comunicado y sin problemas para aparcar con todos los servicios de una gran ciudad como Madrid. Muy luminoso y amplio, perfecto para grupos grandes.
