Justo en la famosa playa de Baja Malibu con acceso privado a la casa y la playa. Seguridad 24 horas frente a la puerta.
Gran terraza con vistas a uno de los mejores lugares de surf en Rosarito, México. Arena, surf y puestas de sol.
Tantas cosas para toda la familia. Encontrará Cabalgatas, Ala Delta motorizado, Paddle Board, Wine Tours, Go Carts y Dune Buggies aquí en la zona de Baja Malibu.
Si buscas vida nocturna, escucho que el lugar para ir es Papa & Beers. 6 millas a Rosarito.
Nuestra casa tiene una sala de estar de concepto abierto, comedor y cocina. Hay 2 mesas de comedor. Uno se sienta 8 y el otro se sienta 6. La barra de desayuno puede sentarse otros 4.
Hay 4 televisores, uno en cada habitación y otro en el Living Rm. (Todo el cable). Hay muchas comodidades. WiFi, lavaplatos, lavadora y secadora, estufa, horno y refrigerador / congelador.

Wonderful experience

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic vacation home, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Beautiful Beach

Enjoyed our stay at the property. It was very clean and the beach was amazing. The kids loved the waves and the adults loved the sand. The house was very cozy. Communication with Laurie was quick and any and all questions were always answered.

Perfect getaway

It was so relaxing and the weather was perfect. My nieces and my son had a blast every day that we stayed. This is the second time we have rented Surf Casa and be sure we will be back again.

Beautiful Home with massive patio balcony right on the ocean

Wonderful experience. The patio balcony deck thing is so big with so much seating overlooking ocean the pictures make it look like 2 separate balconies but it is all one. With new grill, wood fire chimney, beautiful! Laurie and Jim were very helpful. Everything has printed instructions. Very easy. Beach is nice and sandy with big waves in this area. No public entrance to beach nearby so VERY private, you only see neighboring houses people. Highly recommended. Wish I was there right now.

If you have any doubts about going to Mexico for a family vacation this home will put you at ease in every way possible!! Laurie (owner) is beyond amazing ! She’s a beautiful soul and will answer any and every question you have. Anything you could possibly need at a beach home Laurie had it! My family and I rented both her large home and an awesome home down below . The home is literally on the beach! You fall asleep and wake up to the waves. I know at times like our current situation we may favor social distancing .. This location is close enough for food, tacos, beers but definitely far enough to feel safe and secure. This is a social distance paradise 💙

I’m so happy I decided to rent this beach home property. The owner Laurie was so accessible and hospitable from beginning to end. Upon arrival to the property Laurie gave us a wonderful tour of her property which was very helpful. The property it’s was so beautiful and clean. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, bath and beach towels available. The beach home was so clean and cozy. My whole family enjoyed their stay at the beach home. I will most definitely go back again to Laurie’s property . Best experience ever at Rosarito, Baja California, Mexico.

Awesome getaway!!

We rented this beautiful beach house for my moms 70th bday. We couldn’t have picked a better place. Laurie and Jim were so thorough with instructions and accommodating.. Such a pleasure to stay there. They provided bath and beach towels. They had Direct tv. We had a party of 12 and we didn’t feel cramped at all. The beach house is so close to Rosarito and Puerto Nuevo as well.. I would highly recommend this place for a fun family vacation..

Beach House

We rented the property from Laurie, she is so thorough. The day we arrived she was waiting for us. As we walked through the home Laurie explained everything to us. She even had a nice little gift basket waiting for us. All cabinets were labeled and directions on how to use appliances. Not to mention, a boat load of towels. We all enjoyed our time there. Mornings were the best because we were able to sit outside and catch a few rays. The sun was nice. Oh man, the sunset was even better. Two of the bedrooms have full baths and the third is shared with the home. That same third bedroom also has a washer and dryer. Laurie was very accommodating. This unit must be even better in the summer months. If you have a large family great place to stay. I would definitely stay there again. THANK YOU LAURIE

Nice home for a weekend getaway!

Nice, clean and comfy house with a nice size balcony. We did recommend lounge chairs for the balcony to enjoy the sun and be able to lay out. A few steps from the beach and easy access. Beds were very comfy and kitchen is well stocked with anything you may need. Nice welcoming basket was very much appreciated. House is very secure in a guarded community. Quick response from both Laurie and Jim whenever we needed them. We had a great time! Thank you!!

Beautiful and comfortable beach front escapade!

It was a pleasure to stay at this beautiful home. Every detail about this house is so charming. It has a "homey" feeling since it has everything you can think of! Even a waffle maker! It is perfectly located at the end of the Baja Malibu community which provides more privacy on the beach! I am definitely going to stay here again. Laurie is very easy to communicate and just a sweetheart! Pictures do not do the place justice, you will be pleasantly surprised once you arrive!

Beautiful Home Right on the Beach!!!

The house is beautiful and spacious. As soon as I walked in, I knew I had picked the perfect place to celebrate my birthday. Everything was so clean and you could tell that the owners really put a lot of thought into their home. I really liked how all the cabinets were labeled because it made it really easy for us to find everything. The location is just as great. The house is literally located just steps away from the beach, but only about 10 minutes (by taxi) to Downtown Rosarito. From the back patio, which is beautifully decorated and equipped with a little fireplace, you have an unobstructed view of the ocean. My group and I ended everyday out there - it was just perfect! Laurie was super easy to work with and made herself available to us the entire time. We were running really late in getting to the house, but she still managed to meet us there to welcome us and give us a tour. It was also really sweet that she had a birthday cake waiting for me when I arrived. When the trip was over, my deposit was returned almost immediately. The only negative I can think of is that we were charged the $25 dollars for the washer/dryer even though we didn't use it. We never asked for it to be included, but maybe you have to specifically say you don't want it in order to avoid the extra fee...? Overall, this is a wonderful house and I definitely plan to return!

My Husband Jim and I have lived in the greater Seattle area for all our lives. We were lucky enough to be able to travel all over the world. We enjoy meeting new people and getting the opportunity to see other cultures.
Once we retired we decided to move to Mexico. It is so gorgeous here. Because it is right on the ocean we get that wonderful breeze and yet it hardly ever rains. Do remember we came from Seattle. Having a rental property gives us the opportunity to continue to meet new people and share this great area of Mexico.
We found the most perfect house. It truly is right on the beach and yet just 3 miles from down town Rosarito.

We have spent the last 6 months remodeling and making this home perfect for large groups. Adding many amenities to make sure our guest has that special experience to make their vacation everything they wanted.
