Wonderful house and location

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

The setup of the house is great for a large group. The bedrooms are roomy and the beds very comfortable. Even the Murphy bed is comfortable. The location is amazing. You have direct access to the beach and the views from the top and bottom porches is breathtaking. It’s located relatively close to St Augustine and you have a Publix within 10 minutes of the house.The host provides plenty of towels, both bath and beach towels. They also provide starter amenities such as a 1 time use shampoo and conditioner, so make sure to bring your own stuff, including bath soap/grl.All appliances were in great working order and there are enough dishes, cups, glasses and utensils to feed an army.The upper house can run a bit on the warm side. The weather was warm when we arrived (not FL hot), and the house didn’t really feel cold. The bottom floor apt was comfortable. It is a completely separate living unit with only outside access to the main house. The host is very responsive to question, responding quickly. We encountered no issues during our stay. The one thing I would recommend is providing lifting for the ground level back porch and above the front door to the lower level area. Although the outside of the house and stairs are well lite, these two areas have no lighting.
