Good enough…

Anthony was responsive to all messages. I think his cleaning crew didn’t do the job they normally do for him. And to advertise the house as a, “Farmhouse” is a huge stretch. No views of anything except other houses. The Farmhouse is completely surrounded by houses and brick walls. The only place to sit and watch a movie after being out all day is a tiny, awful, couch. If you just need a bed for a couple of nights…go for it. But, if you’re looking for a place to relax comfortably between activities…keep looking.

Nice quiet neighborhood.

All good, except TV apps. Unable to watch live Tv and or sign into my account. Also, need adult size spoons and forks. Also a nice size bowl to use for a salad etc would be nice

I DID NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!!! The host, Anthony, canceled the booking 51 minutes before my check in time. I flew 1600 miles and had no place to stay. He said “sorry”. Reason was “natural disaster”, there was no disaster. Took several hours for me to find a hotel. I will never refer anyone to him. Be warned!!

Clean & Quiet

The Farmhouse is a well appointed casita in a quiet neighborhood. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable & the walkway was well lit at night for coming & going. The host was very accommodating & easy to work with. Great place to stay in Orange.

Disney stay

We chose this property because it is a convenient drive to the parks and airport. It is located in a nice neighborhood and the house is super cute. We did not rent a car but Ubers were super easy in the area and grocery stores were not too far of a walk. It was the perfect size for 2 adults.

Perfect place for TWO

It is a cute little casita behind another house, but it was not big enough for us and our 10 yr old daughter. There was a thin quilt on the bed and another blanket in the closet that we would have used but instead we had to go to Walmart and buy two blankets…one for us and one for our daughter who was going to sleep on the futon couch. It was so small that the 3 of us ended up sleeping in the crowded bed. The Keurig coffee maker didn’t work to my surprise after I bought creamer and pods. There was no cookie sheet to cook pizza on (lack of other kitchen supplies too). And when we tried to cook a pizza in the oven the smoke detector wouldn’t stop going off so we finally gave up and went and got food. I wish We would have known these things so we could make a better decision when choosing a place to stay.

Wonderful Retreat!

My husband and I spent several relaxing days here. The property is close to shopping, entertainment, the parks, venues and has easy access to the freeway. It had all the comforts of home and was a much welcomed change from hotels. Anthony was great and answered all of my questions promptly. We highly recommend staying here and hope to do so again soon!

Orange Stay

When we arrived at the house we did not have the security code to enter the front door. I called vrbo and it took a few minutes until we talked to the host. We were at the wrong door and did not know it. Once we received the door code and entered the correct place, there was a strong floral scent so I unplugged all the deodorizers. I am a coffee drinker and the Keurig does not produce good coffee using the reusable pods. A regular coffeemaker would be nice. The flatware and some of the dishes were dirty. The futon was very uncomfortable. The white blanket had brown “crusties” on one side. When you turned on the kitchen faucet - it would turn on and then stop. You would have to jiggle to turn it on and off. I would suggest the host have a notebook describing everything about the place and how everything works and where to park your car. Maybe suggest a few places to eat or get food. I am grateful the neighborhood and unit was quiet and the place had a washer/dryer unit. The unit is nice looking and the bathroom is nice. The bedroom is nice. Nice tv. Since the unit accommodates three (we’re a family of three) it would be great to have linens and a pillow for the futon and towels set out for three people rather than two.
