A este chalet independiente tan agradable para familias no le falta ningunas opciones para pasarlo en grande. Estarás a 10 mín a pie de las Playas y de todos los comercios. El alojamiento dispone de una piscina privada y climatizada (con coste adicional de120€ a 180€ según la temporada).

En este alojamiento de 135 m² todo climatizado con 3 dormitorios y 3 baños podrás relajarte en la piscina climatizada con tumbonas, sombrillas y ducha solar, aprovechar de una zona para barbacoas con una plancha y de una mesa de ping pong en el precioso jardín.
En toda la primera planta podrás disfrutar de una estupenda suite privada con cama king size, salón, cuarto de baño y terraza.
En la planta baja tendrás 2 dormitorios, 1 con cama king size y el otro con 2 camas individuales, un cuarto de baño, un cocina americana con lavavajillas, cafetera Nespresso, nevera, congelador, horno, micro onda, hervidor y microondas y todo lo necesario para cocinar. En el comedor salón hay una Smart TV 50" y wifi gratis.
Podrás también aprovechar de otro baño completo con lavadora y secadora y de un sala de deporte en la propiedad.
Toda la ropa de cama, de baño y las toallas de playa están incluidas.

Fabulosas vacaciones

Estuvimos en el mes de Agosto, y la verdad nos encantó la casa, era todo nuevo, con todo tipo de detalles, como recibimiento Marie la propietaria muy pendiente siempre de nosotros, nos dejó una botella de vino con sus copas, la cocina totalmente equipada con todo los utensilios, nos sentimos como si fuera nuestra casa, pero mejor con esa fabulosa piscina, que siempre hasta por la noche, se mantenía a 32 grados. La cama del dormitorio principal era enorme. La limpieza a cargo de Joaquina fue perfecta y sus recomendaciones sobre la ciudad de mucha ayuda. En general una vacaciones perfectas en una casa perfecta. La recomiendo 100x100

Villa excellent, exactly as advertised

Absolutely no problems with the villa (spacious and comfortable) and pool (heated for us in the off-season), and within walking distance of shops and beach. If it has appeared in your search definitely go for it!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely, well-equipped home. Everything had been thoughtfully provided, making our stay incredibly comfortable. Marie and her husband were so helpful and welcoming—nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend for a relaxing and hassle-free break!

Great family holiday

Great place to stay everything you need in the villa was bigger than we was expecting. Was a little worried the children would get a little bored not at all they were never out off the pool. Everything is so close by and the owners are brilliant nothing is to much trouble. Hoping to book again next year would definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful villa

Beautiful spacious villa. The host couldnt do enough to help, Marie even booked our taxis, when we wanted a trip out. Friendly restaurants, especially the one attached to the camp site near by. The italian one does amazing food.

We had the best time chillaxing for the past week. Our hosts Marie and Frank were thoughtful helpful and considerate. Everything was within walking distance we did not need a car. The villa was amazing and and contained everything we could have wished for It was pristeen and Marie Ange was very helpfull with organising transfers, and providing advice on the local area. We have 3 little kids who loved the pool and we could relax due to the security of the villa. Already miss the fresh lemons off the tree which went perfectly with cold Sangria!! Couldn't ask for a better place and will be going back next year!!

10 night stay in June

We have just returned from a lovely 10 night stay at this villa. It was exactly as described and we received a very warm welcome from Marie and Franck. The hosts had organised our taxi from the airport and they also provided a much needed welcome pack of essentials as we arrived quite late. We didn’t have any issues during our stay but Marie checked in via WhatsApp a couple of times just to make sure everything was ok. The villa had everything we needed and more. We would definitely recommend the villa and the hosts.

The Sisters

From our arranged (by Marie) pick up from Murcia airport to our departure our hosts could not have been more helpful. The Villa is very comfortable with seating areas at the back and front of the villa. Pool is lovely also very clean. The villa is well equipped if you want to cook your own meals and the BBQ is super. About 10 minutes walk from supermarkets and beaches. Weather was wonderful. We would recommend this villa and thank you to our hosts Marie and Franck.

Fantastic villa well located for amenities and great hosts

The villa was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The air conditioning worked really well which was great as it was very hot when we stayed. Lots of lovely restaurants within and easy walking distance, as was the beach. There were supermarkets near by, however, we opted to use one that offered online shopping with delivery as we didn't hire a car and that worked out great. The hosts were so friendly and knowledgeable of the local area and had left us lots of information on where we could visit as well as maps and transport information which was really helpful. We would definitely return.

Great villa & hosts.

Just enjoyed a couple of weeks at this villa, like previous comments the pictures don't do it justice. Owners were very accommodating as we flew really early and even got us a birthday cake & candles for one of our girls. Pool was lovely and used daily, plenty of space outside. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants & to supermarkets the other way. Smart TV was fantastic for the kids & we were very grateful of the air conditioning as it was hot during our stay. Bar around the corner was a nice way to break up the day and just a little further was a café at the camper park. A great place to stay!

5 Sterne plus für diese Unterkunft!

Wir (51, 53 und 18 Jahre) hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa und haben uns dort von Beginn an sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und gut durchdacht. Draußen gibt es schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten, einen wunderbaren Pool, eine Tischtennisplatte und einen beeindruckenden Zitronenbaum, von dem wir unsere Zitronen pflücken konnten. Die Küche verfügt über alle notwendigen Utensilien, die Zimmer und Bäder sind geräumig und ansprechend eingerichtet. Wir drei haben auch gerne die Fitnessgeräte genutzt. Für diejenigen, die gerne joggen oder Fahrrad fahren, ist die Gegend ideal. Es gibt z.B. eine tolle Laufstrecke "auf dem Mar Menor". Unbedingt ausprobieren! Aldi und Lidl sind zu Fuß in 15 min erreichbar und der nächste Strand in der gleichen Zeit. Die Temperaturen lagen am Tag zwischen 24°-30°, was uns im April echtes Sommerfeeling bescherte. Marie und Franck sind "Kümmerer"; ihnen liegt das Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste wirklich am Herzen. Zudem sind sie noch unglaublich sympathisch. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und werden in jedem Fall wiederkommen!

Great Holiday

We had a wonderful holiday in Santiago de La Ribera. The villa is very comfortable and has everything one needs. Marie and Franck are excellent hosts. I have some mobility issues and this villa suited me perfectly. Santiago de la Ribera is excellent for people with mobility problems. We shall definitely return.

Second Visit

This was our second stay at this villa as our first stay was excellent and we wanted to return. Marie and Franck are superb hosts and we enjoyed excellent communication. The villa has been updated since our last visit, repainted, updated bedroom furniture, sun beds, barbecue and a new table-tennis table. We are a party of six, four adults and two children, there was more than enough room for us all to enjoy the property. The villa is of a very high standard very clean and well maintained it is situated in a quiet area and only 10 - 15 minutes easy walk to the beach. The shops are within 10 minutes walk. There is a shopping trolley and plenty of bags provided so a car is not necessary. There is a small gym which was used (not by all of us) and of course the private pool which we all used and the boys almost lived in! The suite upstairs is superb very large bed, en-suite bathroom, fridge and safe in the wardrobe. Marie and Franck arranged transfers for us from the airport and back which were excellent, very professional and a good price. Also during our stay we wanted to arrange transport for a day out in nearby Cartagena. We struggled so contacted Marie who put us in contact with the transfer firm and we had an excellent day out. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, the beach area is superb very clean, lots of eating places, very shallow warm water and is ideal for the grand children. We have no hesitation in recommending this property or Marie and Franck as hosts. We have already decided to return with Marie and Franck again next year.

A luxury treat of a villa

The villa is equipped with everything you could wish for, and more. It is finished to a high standard with good quality but characterful furnishings and facilities. Marie-Ange and Franck thought of all the details to enhance our stay and provided an excellent standard of cleanliness. They were available by phone to offer advice, such as the best place to go to hire a car, and Franck attended regularly and discreetly early in the morning to maintain the pool. We stayed in August, so the pool (and air con at night) were most welcome. The house is decorated beautifully and the outside space is stunning, with citrus trees, flowers, water features, plenty of seating, sun loungers and that amazing pool. We felt very lucky to be able to call the villa our home for two weeks - the perfect getaway. Thank you both very much.
