Spacious Grace Bay home in the Turks and Caicos, with 2 bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms located at the private Grace Bay Townhomes development. Most importantly, Grace Bay Townhomes offers an optimal location in the center of the world-renowned Grace Bay, Turks and Caicos Islands. The quality built 2-story townhome is situated in a quiet enclave just off Grace Bay Road. No need for a car because of the close proximity to Grace Bay Beach (just a 5-minute stroll away), grocery store, restaurants, spas, yoga studios, gyms, shopping, and Provo nightlife.

Unit B1 is a coveted corner unit in the complex and has an abundant 1552 sq. ft. of indoor/outdoor living space. The townhome features high ceilings, modern finishes, lots of storage space as well as a screened-in patio space perfect for dining or just relaxing with a good book and glass of wine.
On the main level, the kitchen opens to the bright and inviting living-dining area and has been finished with granite counters and maple cabinets. Located on the second floor each generous bedroom enjoys its own private En suite bathroom. In addition, there are lovely views of the freshwater communal pool and the tropical gardens from both the lower and upper levels.

The location was perfect. Near dining, shopping and the most beautiful of all TCI beaches. House was fantastic. Everything was perfect. Bianca is an amazing host. Took care of everything. Would highly recommend. Thanks again!

Great location, disappointed with inaccuracies of f Ad listing.

Location & size of condo was great. We were 2 couple traveling & a must was 2/king beds. Listing on VRBO listed 2/kings however it was 1/king, 1/queen. Apparently VRBO got listing wrong? However once this was recognized we should have been contacted but we were not. Huge disappointment. Maintenance was marginal; kitchen sink faucets was missing areator, 3 days to fix. Downstairs smoke detector was missing with wires hanging down. Toiletries were minimal, no shampoo as stated & only hand soaps for bathrooms. Bianca was very responsive to us & does a great job but for the price, we felt that everything should have been as stated in the listing.

Cost Effective Property

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We had booked a townhome with 2 king beds and when we arrived unfortunately 1 king and 1 queen. Bianca the property manager was super responsive, helpful, and apologetic for the mix up. Also, if we wanted they were flexible if we wanted to stay elsewhere given the mix up. We chose to stay but really appreciated the option. Location was in walking distance to grocery store, shopping, and about 7 minute walk to the beach with kids. We were envious of the properties right on the beach and would probably do that next time. Property was pretty dated and pool really small, we only used it once the day we were leaving as the kids weren’t super interested in it. We did have small bugs in the tub and sinks upstairs which may be common in all properties. Kitchen items did the trick but in staying at other properties in other locations definitely bare minimum. We had to ask for more pillows and towels because they also were bare minimum and old flat pillows were not comfortable. Bianca immediately responded and was super helpful accommodating us. If your looking for a budget stay in a good location with a really great Property Manager, Bianca this is a good option. We also appreciated more space and the option to cook many meals especially with a 6 and 7 year old. I have this 4 stars for the price point compared to other properties and their location.

We cried leaving!

My friends and I booked this property for our spring break. We are all 21 and was so grateful to have this trip fall into our laps. Bianca was a great communicator and made the whole process so easy. She greeted us late at night with ease and had my sister’s phone number to track our flights. My sister even said she was the nicest woman ever! The room came with 1 king and 1 queen which was unexpected, but at college kids we didn’t mind at all. There were a few little bugs but nothing too large and could be killed when wiping the appliances down. The location was absolutely fabulous and was so close to everything that we needed. We recommend the terrace, coco bistro/ cocovan, danny bouys for a fun night, and the new ritz for some gambling. The walk to the beach was so short and the host even provided a cooler for us to take to the beach. The community was amazing and we even were drinking with our neighbors by the pool. All appliances worked great and we walked out of the house crying on the last day. A great experience for sure. We are so grateful and will be back!

Location is great, but property is NOT as advertised

I would give the overall rating as 4 stars except this property was advertised as 2 bedrooms with a king bed in each. It actually has 1 king and 1 queen. Very disappointing for my daughter and son in law who had to manage that. The owner gave us a bottle of rum; nice gesture, but very disappointing to say the least. The owner is very nice and responded promptly to emails, until about 10 days before the start of our trip. She stopped for some reason and that made check-in very stressful as we did not know how to check in until we arrived. The location is great: close to restaurants, beach, grocery store and pharmacy. The pool area is nice and there is a grill available also. We had dinner one night on the porch and it was great. The unit was clean and reasonably spacious. Everything worked, although there were some nuisance items: slow drains, appliances were a little worn, etc. I would stay there again, but only if I didn't need 2 king beds.

Excellent location and wonderful hostess

We enjoyed everything about our stay in TCI. Our hostess was very knowledgeable about the area’s activities and restaurants. We had a great time - might be our best vacation yet.

Great location

This property was extremely clean when we arrived. It was in the perfect location. We could easily walk to the beach, grocery story and several restaurants! We loved the quiet pool and screened in porch. The beach is spectacular! We loved eating at Skull Rock, CocoVan, and Bella Luna for dinners. We loved Lemon 2 Go for a coffee and smoothies.

Great stay!

This property is about a 500 yard walk to Grace Bay Beach. It's close (walking distance) to the grocery store and lots of restaurants and shopping. The rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms and kitchens are well-equipped. We were able to use the beach chairs, towels, etc., and having a full sized washer and dryer was very helpful. The air conditioning unit is quite loud when it comes on, which did affect the sleep of the folks in the room just at the top of the stairs. We got used to it, but it was a little difficult for them the first couple of nights. The AC worked great though, which was helpful in dehumidifying the rooms at night. We'd recommend this to folks that are able to walk to/from the beach with ease. Thanks for the hospitality and great instructions from the property owners, Dana and Scott!

Great property, great location, great hosts, great weather, great beach, what else can we say!!

The property is conveniently located from the airport, but more importantly, very CLOSE to the beach. Very clean and with all the necessary amenities our family needed. We had no problems during our stay and Dana came by one day to check up on us to make sure everything was going well. We will definitely be back!! Thanks Dana & Scott your place was exactly what we expected and needed to make our vacation a memorable one!!

Wonderful affordable choice!

I happen to use these reviews all the time to find the best place. So please know this is honest feedback on our experience. The property met all our needs and more. It’s affordable, clean, well equipped, spacious and walking distance to the grocery store, Grace Bay Beach and downtown Grace Bay. Walking distance meaning 5 minutes, great location. We would recommend renting a car from Grace Bay Rentals we are really glad we had an opportunity to tour the island it was worth it. We had some fabulous meals at Mr. Gropers, da Conch Shack, Hemingway’s, Big Al’s, The Deck at Sevens, The Lansing, CocoVan, Las Brais and Mango Reef. Went in the pool every night to cool off. One if the best features is the screened in porch! Pay attention from the owner how to keep your AC costs down it works! Island Vibes had a great snorkel tour and parasailing with Fly Girl its Ca Adrian owned. Thanks for a fabulous time. If you’re traveling on a budget head to Turks quick the Ritz Carlton is coming up with suites starting at 2.9 million. Turks itself is breath taking! Make sure to hit Grace Bay Beach and Taylor Bay!

Well equipped townhome in wonderful location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in TCI. The location of the townhome was perfect -short walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The home has ample beach towels and nice selection of beach chairs, tents and toys. We enjoyed having breakfast in the enclosed patio. The location is very quiet and we almost always had the pool to ourselves. We opted to not rent a car - we used a taxi to get to the fish fry and snorkeling experiences. Scott met us to check in and even rearranged schedules to allow us a late checkout. The grounds and home are well taken care of. It’s clear they take great pride and joy in opening their home to visitors. We highly recommend staying here and plan on coming back!

Perfect accommodation and location for our vacation in Provo, TCI!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 wk stay at Grace Bay Townhomes -- hosts Dana and Scott were incredibly helpful from the time we made our first inquiry to the last day when we met to talk about our experience. Our townhome was perfect for us -- well appointed and in an ideal location for quick walk to Grace Bay Beach as well as for shopping and dining. We appreciated having the bedrooms upstairs to catch the ocean breezes -- the rooms are spacious and with considerable closet space and handy to have the washer/dryer on the same floor. We also really enjoyed the screened-in patio downstairs off the main living area -- easy access to the pool surrounded by beautiful landscaping -- a bit of an oasis on its own. The patio area was our usual spot to enjoy early morning coffee and breakfast and return later in the afternoon to relax following a day at the beach. We were really impressed with the number and variety of restaurants -- all our dining experiences were positive -- from our location we had great options within an easy walk or within a very short drive. This was our second visit to Provo, previously visited in 2018 -- would definitely return and also stay at Grace Bay Homes. The beauty of the island, the beaches, and the people provide a wonderful vacation.

Private, quiet, perfect for us

Everything we were hoping for and more. Close to everything, yet far enough away from the busy areas to provide the peace and quiet of a secluded residence. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Dana met us at the unit and gave us a nice briefing of the island with many useful recommendations. The units are nicely appointed and decorated. The pool area is beautifully landscaped and just a few steps from each unit. Driving on the left was easy, just remember to yield to traffic on the right. Renting a car made it easy to transport beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler to popular snorkeling beaches where we spent most of our time. This was our first time on the island. Everyone we met were friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back.

Beautifully Landscaped Apartment-Like Living

Staying at Grace Bay Townhomes was incredibly easy. Literally a 5-7 minute walk to the beach (maybe closer), and very close to great restaurants like Coconut Bistro and shopping. The only reasons I didn’t love it was there isn’t a tv in the bedroom (I’m a millennial) and the living room furniture wasn’t comfortable for lounging after a day in the sun. But really I shouldn’t be worried about lounging on an island like this. You get a great breeze if you open up the windows and doors, however I would request a end unit for better circulation. I will stay again just to be able to talk with Dana and Scott (property owners). They were so pleasant and kind. I fell in love with Turks and plan to return to look for a vacation home for my partner and I.

Well-maintained and very comfortable

We really enjoyed our time at Grace Bay townhomes. DAna met us and give us all the information we needed. Townhome was very comfortable and my son basically lived in the pool when we weren’t at the beach LOL. I could walk to the supermarket which was super convenient and we often walked to many places for example to get a bite to eat, to go souvenir shopping and to go to the beach. We also enjoyed meeting the other people staying in the town houses that shared the pool. Everyone was lovely. TCI is an amazing place. If I had to say anything I wish were different was that it would’ve been nice to have some salt and pepper in the house. Also there was only one small frying pan. Being I did some cooking while there I had to make some food in piecemeal as opposed to being able to cook everything and one larger frying pan. Of course these are very small minor matters and we would definitely stay there again! Next time I would bring bug spray though. The bugs in TCI are unapologetic!
