A perfect Tahoe/ Rustic style Home away from Home within a 7 minutes walking distance from the town's private beach and only 7 minutes driving to our private ski resort, Diamond Peak.

Enjoy our beautiful vacation retreat, a 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom family home, with a smart TV in every bedroom, living room and back patio.
Our house has a smart ELAN HOME automation control/ surround System controlled from keypads through the whole house where you can enjoy your favorite music through in any bedroom and bathroom. The house has a beautiful barn wood rustic touches, a gas fireplace and a private jacuzzi to relax after a day of ski at our own village ski resort, which is only within 7 min driving distance.
Our favorite room is our back patio, it is our favorite part of our house with a smart TV, a dining table (with a heater over the table for cold nights) and a jacuzzi to entertain our guests or have a relaxing time with our family, watching a football game and have so much fun.
We love our surround system and our bathroom heated floors controlled each from a separate thermostat.
This was our primary residence for many years and have many great memories. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do! Comfortable spot in Incline

Was a little disappointed about all the hidden fees that pop up after you enter info into booking but the place was very comfortable and had lots of nice amenities.

Great Weekend Away

Diana was an amazing host! It was a great weekend to get away with friends and relax. This house was clean, beautiful and very guest friendly, I will definitely be staying here again if I return. I highly recommend this family and friend-cation get away to anyone!

Nicely appointed condo

This condo was nicer than the photographs suggested! The beds were comfy and bedrooms had enough space. The bathrooms had awesome heated floors and the fenced patio and hot tub was a nice touch. We appreciated the roomy couch with space for everyone to enjoy the fancy TV. A few things were a little fidgety: the shower controls, for example.

Family Tahoe getaway

I loved how clean the property was. The owner was very easy to talk to. She answered questions quickly. Close to lake. My only complaint is no air conditioning. With it being July the home was warmer than we are used to. Everything else was great. Loved that we could bring our dogs. 😊

Best Hosts Ever!

Though we've spend 20 summers in Incline Village, we had an especially wonderful stay this year because of our hosts, Diana and Robert. They not only left us a welcome bottle of wine and tray of goodies, they couldn't have been more accommodating to our every need. Whenever we had ?'s re: how things worked, Robert stopped by to give us a personal orientation. Diana's daily communication was very helpful plus she even helped us onto IV beach as we'd hoped. Thanks, for a great stay!

Great location and incredibly clean.

My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 young children) stayed for a week of skiing. The property is in a great location and was exactly what we needed after long days at Diamond Peak. The only notable thing is that there is a lot of unfamiliar/bizarre tech (even difficult for us dreaded millennial parents) and no instructions on how to use any of it. This led to us not using a few advertised amenities for fear we’d break something. Overall a great stay, though!

Clean, modern and well equipped

The home was clean and well equipped. Everyone loved the hot tub after a day on the slopes. Loved that there was a tv in every room so we could spread out and teens could have their space. Diane was super responsive when we had questions. Convenient location. High tech home which was fine, but might trip up some folks. A user manual would be handy. We would rent there again.

Last minute getaway to Tahoe

If you are looking for a home away from home, look no further. This lovely, updated, pet friendly home was a true jewel. Very welcoming and had all and plus necessities you could ever want. Diana was a fantastic host and if there were any questions, she was very quick to respond. Very easy and simple check in and out. Hot tub was excellent. Backyard and amenities were ideal. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch with the outdoor heater. The home was very safe for our Furbaby. I don't even think she new the difference because it was so comfortable. This home was very clean. You are 2 min from food, 7 min to Diamond Peak, 10 min to Kings Beach and 20 min to North Star. There was assigned parking which we basically took both spots with our vehicle. The only downside is the backyard was up against Tahoe Blvd. but, in all honesty it really didn’t bother us. It is fenced in so you do have privacy while enjoying the backyard. There are security cameras on the property specifically the one in the back overlooking the patio and hot tub. I am not saying thats good or bad but, I feel I should mention it. I would have no problem booking here again.

Incline Village Home

First and foremost, Diana was very helpful even before arriving to the property. Directions were very clear and suggested locations were also breath taking. My family and I really enjoyed our stay, it was clean, very updated, jacuzzi was very nice, it honestly felt like home. Highly recommended, I would stay here again.

A Little Slice of Heaven

This property is neatly tucked in a wonderful location in IV. The house is well organized with top-line electronics and a wonderful massage chair. It heats up quickly and comfortably. The backyard patio is terrific with a grill, outdoor TV, heat lamp, fire pit and hot tub. I've stayed in at least 15 rentals in IV and this is #1. Also Diana is the most responsive host I've ever dealt with on VRBO out of 30+ rentals. Thank you Diana and team for a wonderful 2022 New Year's experience in Tahoe!

Not worth the money!

Way to expensive for what was given/advertised. It backs up to an extremely busy expressway so 5 AM cars and trucks are zooming by! The neighborhood backs up to a nice area however it is not in a great neighborhood. It is next to these apartments and the first morning we took a walk and the police were surrounding the apartments! The biggest issue, I became extremely sick and had to leave early. I had a fever, my eyes were crusted over and I had severe rash on my neck and ears! I went to the doctor and they stated I had Hot Tub Rash (Pseudomonas/ Folliculitis). It took almost 10 days to get rid of! When I told the owner they were super defensive and blamed me for turning up the heat to high??? I would suggest no one stay here, there are a lot better options.

Puppy-Friendly Relaxing Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay in Incline Village. The backyard was perfect for our dogs and for us to BBQ as we visited with family. The location is conveniently close to everything, though the bedrooms other than the master are a bit noisy from street traffic and bright from outdoor lighting. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice & clean

Very nice and clean home. The massage chair was a nice bonus! Felt good after a day on the lake :) house was comfortable for me and my family (plus in-laws). Owner replies quickly which is a very nice plus. I hope to have this house again for our ‘reunion’ next year.

Perfect location!

We loved our stay here at Diana's property! It was clean, updated, and perfectly located in Incline Village. Nearly everything was walkable and there was a bike rental shop nearby. Diana was extremely attentive and available for any questions or concerns we had. The fans that she provided definitely helped with the lack of air conditioning. Overall, I would stay here again and would recommend for others to do the same!

A wow experience!

First off, I felt I was in complete communication with the owners of the property. They were kind, and patient and understanding of our needs… upon checking in, I feel we got more than we expected! A gorgeous home that was both comfortable and suited the needs of my wife and our four children. It was close to the beach, and the surrounding neighborhood was peaceful. If you are looking for a place to stay to enjoy the beauty of Tahoe, look no further….. this is your place. Tell them David sent you. 😊😎

The place was amazing! Great location, the property was very clean and easy to access. My kids loved the hot tub, and the outdoor T.V! We also had a hard time getting them out of the message chair :) I would highly recommend this place.

Great Stay

Beautiful condo minutes away from plenty of Lake Tahoe attractions. The owner was extremely efficient with all communication. There is no air conditioning in the condo and it was extremely hot during this latest heat wave. We asked the owner if she could drop off some additional fans for the bedroom and she went out to purchase them without hesitation. They were dropped off within a couple hours. It was also our honeymoon trip and the owner had complimentary champagne in the refrigerator for us. Overall, it was a great stay.
