Disfrute de sus vacaciones con amigos o familiares en nuestra villa bien cuidada con barbacoa y piscina privada. WIFI sin cargo.
En frente de la casa hay una terraza con asientos y la piscina. Las tumbonas también se pueden encontrar aquí. Puede estacionar su auto frente a la casa.
En la casa hay 3 habitaciones cómodamente amuebladas, 2 baños, una sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana y una cocina cerrada, excelentemente equipada.
Tenemos una consola Nintendo Wii para entretener a tus hijos. Puedes volar globos aerostáticos en Elche. Usted y sus hijos pueden practicar karts con varios karts, desde kart para niños hasta quads y karts de carreras. Nuevo: visitas guiadas Qud, ¡muy divertido! También puede encontrar mini golf en varios lugares. ¡Entonces tienes la oportunidad de hacer otras excursiones que definitivamente valen la pena! Terra Mítica - hermoso parque de atracciones cerca de Benidorm. Fantásticas cuevas de estalactitas, en las que a veces incluso tienen lugar conciertos. El parque de las palmeras en la ciudad palmera de Elche. Parques acuáticos en diferentes lugares: ¡diversión para los niños! Rio Safari Zoo. Encontrará todas las opciones en la carpeta de la casa.

Date un festín y sal: ¡Esta área seguramente te tentará a darte un festín! Hay innumerables restaurantes con platos de todo el mundo. Y lo mejor es que algunos son incluso muy baratos. A la hora del almuerzo, preferiblemente debe pedir el menú del almuerzo, ya que obtiene un entrante, un plato principal, a veces un postre y un vino de mesa u otra bebida a un precio realmente razonable. B. por solo € 4.50. Todos mis restaurantes favoritos se pueden encontrar en la carpeta de la casa.
Los restaurantes más cercanos y un supermercado más pequeño se encuentran en Mil Palmeras, a unos 10-15 minutos a pie de su villa de vacaciones.
¡Encontrará restaurantes, bares, cafeterías, bares para relajarse, heladerías y todo lo que el corazón de un turista desea! También puede ir de compras al supermercado o al mercado semanal aquí para preparar sus propios manjares a la parrilla.

esta villa se encuentra en Pilar de la Horadada, cerca de la playa. Si lo tuyo son las compras, Centro comercial Zenia Boulevard es una parada obligatoria. Para los que prefieren sumergirse en la naturaleza, Playa de Cabo Roig y Playa La Zenia son dos excelentes opciones. Parque de Doña Sinforosa y Minigolf Las Salinas también merecen la pena. El wifi no funciona , las camas de las habitaciones de arriba son horribles para dormir , la cocina le vendría bien una limpieza más a fondo , pero de los demás todo aceptable , la piscina súper limpia , aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones nos ha gustado.

Casa espaciosa y en zona tranquila

La casa era bastante espaciosa y estaba en una zona muy tranquila pero deberia estar mejor cuidada en general. El wifi no funcionaba y la tv no tenia canales en español para poner a los niños. Por lo demas fue una estancia buena.

Short break with friends

The hotel was perfect for what we required - 4 guys having a short break to play padel and tennis.Villa was pretty much as advertised, communication was good with owner and agent.Place was clean and wifi worked well.Couple of small but significant negatives that needs mentioning.Its advertised as having a safe but as other guests have mentioned it just dont work, agent or owner could not answer where key was so valubles had to be hidden which was frustrating.Secondly the tv did not work, there was an issue with the aerial we did a temp fix but need renewing for future guests?Could also do with updated outside furniture inc the roof top.Think if they allowed a day or two to sort out the maintenance issues it would be so much more a lovely experiance to stay in your villa.all that said we would use again as we had a good break thank you!

We have been to this area many times before so knew what to expect of the surrounding area. It’s a very quiet location and not too touristy. The property was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. It was however missing a corkscrew for wine so we purchased one and left it for the next people. It could do with a few extra teaspoon as well. These are just minor things though. Everything was in good working order apart from the TV which we just couldn’t get to work. The WiFi eventually worked once I asked for the code. The owner was easily contactable and responded promptly to any questions we had. The beds were comfortable and the air con worked well on the really hot nights. The pillows were a little on the hard side. The pool was superb and was cleaned once a week. We had a very comfortable stay here. The beach is a 10 minute walk and there are some really good restaurants nearby too. There is also a small shop nearby which sells fresh food, meats, veg etc. you can but wine, beers and lots of other general items. If you want a bigger supermarket they are about 15-20 mins drive away. We would definitely visit and stay here again. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you.

Twëe weken mogen wij genietten van het huis met zwembad en een fijle locatie wär afsyand tot het sgrand was ongeveer 15 min . Ik huis bevinden 3 slaapkamers keuken en twee badkamers. Je vjnd alles wat je nodig heeft om je verblijf confortabel te maken . Tot het strijkijzer toe . - wifi werk perfect . Je ziet een sporen die vragen voor onderhoud maar alles werk naar behoren . We hebben meteen geboekt voor volgende jaar :) onderhouds

Never again

On arrival no one was there to greet us. Yuri had left the key on the windowsill. At the end of stay they tried to charge us for losing 1 set of keys but we were only ever given 1 ! Property is in serious need of maintenance. Lots of damp on outside walls from leaking aircon units. This also causes the outside tiles to become wet and slippery. Major security issue. Main gate does not close. Mechanism broken therefore keeps opening wide. Problem when you go out for the day. Then back gate is swollen due to heat and wxpanded so too big for frame. Bangs all night. Then sliding doors from kitchen to courtyard doesn't lock. This means someone can easily access the property. The security box upstairs isn't working either so all our cash, passports and valuables weren't safe. Very concerning. I've looked back since returning from holiday, and others have also commented about the lack of security. After returning the owner has tried to charge us for a lost key (see above - only received 1), lost glasses (bearing in mind there were only3 wine glasses when we arrived as a family of 6 and they were in the dishwasher cleaned for them....all 3!) We actually "acquired" a few gin glasses on nights out and added to thier collection! They also wanted to charge us for using ALL their towels on the last day. We had already paid 100 for substandard cleaning and most of these towels were clean on the line. Fair to say we won't be returning!

Not safe or as described

Property manager on the ground was an hour late to let us in and when he eventually did he had basically no idea how anything worked and had no answers to any questions. We went about to set up the travel cot for our 10 month old son, only to find it didn't work and there was actually a used tampon from a previous renter in there. So we had to go and source a travel cot at our own expense including taxis; even though we were assured there was a cot there. Further investigation into the house found us realising that neither the back door or the gate closed and locked correctly, and neither the host of the property manager knew the combination to the safe so that was unused. So when we left the house we had to leave the gate and back door unlocked and take all belongings with us, and we had trouble sleeping at night due to being frightened that it wasn't safe for us or our baby. We reported these complaints to the property manager and when we showed him the cot and the back door he shrugged his shoulders and said he didn't know what to do and by chance when we showed him the gate it actually locked with a lot of force and he responded 'well today is a new day'; it didn't lock once again all holiday and we never heard back from the property manager. I have never felt as unsafe in a property as this one as 2 of the 3 entrances weren't locked when we left the house or when we were asleep at night. On top of that the property was completely run down with approximately 50% of the outdoor furniture cheap plastic that was broken. The beds were so uncomfortable that some guests resorted to sleeping on the sofas. We have stayed in these area numerous times before and have never felt as disappointed with a property like this and it was our first family holiday and not once did we feel safe or secure on the trip. We have photo and video evidence to back up all these claims and safe to say if this complaint is not dealt with in the correct manner we will never be using Vrbo again.

We loved staying at Villa Relax. The accommodation had everything that we needed and more. The swimming pool is a godsend! We were definitely relaxed and would love to come again.

Sehr schöne Gegend!

Leider ist dieses Villa sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Es war bereits unsere 3. Anmietung eines Hauses in dieser Region ,aber einen so schlecht erhaltenen Zustand hatten wir noch nicht. Schon draußen vor dem Objekt wird man von zerfallenen Betonpfeilern über der Terrasse begrüßt. Die karge Bepflanzung sollte man überdenken, wenn man sie vertrocknen lässt. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer ist nicht die auf den Bildern. Dort stehen 2 sehr heruntergekommene Ledercouches . Die Küche fällt auseinander und ist bereits sehr notdürftig repariert, herausragende Schraubenspitzen dann mit Klebeband umwickelt, es fehlen Griffe und öffnet man eine Tür oder Schublade, hat man Angst es fällt gänzlich auseinander. Wir haben dieses gemeldet, aber es ist ein altes Haus wurde uns geantwortet. Im Bad oben wurden die Fenster irgendwann einmal mit Folie beklebt,diese löst sich an allen Ecken und darunter befinden sich riesige Schimmelpilze . Das Haus riecht insgesamt sehr muffig, was der Zustand des Bades dann erahnen lässt. Die Lage und Nähe zum Strand sowie der Pool rechtfertigt 3 Sterne. Wir würden hier nicht mehr mieten und der hohe Preis für die Villa ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Wir raten dringend den Zustand der Immobilie zu überarbeiten, ein wenig Reparatur und neuere Möbel in Küche und Wohnzimmer (Couch) sind notwendig um in Zukunft Gäste erneut zu begrüßen zu können. Eine schönen Lage ist leider nicht alles. PS : eine persönliche Schlüsselübergabe plus Einführung gab es nicht .

Urlaub zum entspannen

Wir haben uns in den Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt, gerade den eigenen Pool haben wir sehr zu schätzen gewusst. Ich hatte mir vorab auch die Bewertungen durchgelesen und ja unten zu duschen stellt sich als kleine Herausforderung da wenn man nicht das Badezimmer unter Wasser setzen möchte. Jedoch mit ein paar Handgriffen ist auch das möglich. Zu den Betten ist es schwierig was zu schreiben da es einfach von Mensch zu Mensch unterschiedlich ist wir waren jetzt zu 5. dort zwei konnten nach 4 Tagen gar nicht mehr gut in den unterschiedlichen Betten schlafen und die anderen 3 ohne Probleme. Mit den Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern sowie die vorhandene Waschmaschine ist schon wirklich Top. Wenn man Modernisierungswünsche äußern kann, dann würden mir die Sofas sowie die Stühle und die Liegestühle draußen in den Sinn kommen. Jedoch darf man auch nicht vergessen das man sich im Süden befindet und nicht immer alles neuwertig und top in Schuss sein kann. Für uns war alles vollkommen akzeptabel und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Excellent Location

The property was in an excellent location for the beach, bars and the coast road for exploring other areas. The lack of check in communication to start with was concerning as when we got there we had to ring you as nobody was there to meet us. The property is very tired and needs a major revamp of the bathrooms. The curtain rail in the downstairs toilet was held up by a piece of cable. The upstairs bathroom leaked water into the downstairs bedroom. The silicone round the bath has perished. The property could do with a couple more sun loungers for the pool area if six people are staying there. Only two currently. Apart from that a good Villa in a great location and served our purpose for a great holiday.

Great quietish location with sufficient bars and restaurants open within 15 mins walk nearby.

Good configuration one bed and bath down, 2 bedrooms and shared bathroom up ideal for 2 family generations. Well appointed kitchen. Lovely pool for hotter weather. Internet speed can vary from 0 to 3meg which is a bit limiting.

Beautiful villa in great location

Villa relax - beautiful villa with roof top terrace with great views. Good aircon. Modern, comfortable. Tv only in German which was a shame and the welcome folder was all in German except for one sheet in English so maybe that could be updated. 10 minute comfortable walk to sea with a lovely promenade to the right and shops and restaurants to the left. Very clean area with nice walkways. Lots of families with small children so felt very safe. We had an early bird meal at green chillies which was the best. €10 euros each for starter, naan or rice, main course and glass of wine. Great value. Lots of large supermarkets around if you have a car but smaller grocery shop if you don't want to drive. Weather in 30's so great for dipping in and out of the clean warm pool when we needed. Although we thought it might be cleaned after a week as previous villas we stayed in but we didn't see anyone. Although its got good filters so the water stayed clean. Very quiet residential area with both Spanish and English people. Everyone was very friendly. We even adopted a lovely ginger holiday cat for our stay 😂 Yes the leaves from the neighbours tree fell in the pool but not the owners fault so not really a complaint as per a previous review. Wifi very slow but keeps you off the Internet and makes you relax ! Bathroom upstairs does need new mastic and the drain in the bath needs clearing as the shower floods and you are standing in a few inches of water which smells. Had a security safe but no combination to use which would have been handy. Good communication with Birgit, the owner, although a bit of a mix up on arrival as he had sent details as to how to get in and the link hadn't worked so we assumed someone would be there to meet us, but after a couple of phone calls the caretaker Yuri told us what to do. Flexible checkout which was great as we had an evening flight so that was brilliant. Only negative was the flies buzzing around us which was annoying😡 Security deposit returned promptly 😀 Had a great relaxing holiday and would certainly recommend this villa in its great location.

Très bien

Séjour agréable dans une maison bien agencée . Le quartier est calme , plage et commerce accessible en 10 minutes à pieds . La piscine est un plus pour se rafraîchir .
