Newer home - steps from Burkes Beach

Summary:
Absolutely stunning 2nd row beach house with 8 bedrooms including a fabulously fun bunk room for the kids with 4 full size beds. The remaining 7 bedrooms each have a king size bed. Separate private office has a queen pull out sofa bed. There also is a pack n play provided. Professionally decorated with all new furnishings along with a well outfitted kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Large pool with covered patio and outdoor shower. Public beach access is just steps away. Nearby Chaplin Park provides tennis courts, soccer field, basketball, and playground.

The Space:
The house is located on 2nd The row beach front. The home has 8 bedrooms with bunk room for the kids with 4 full size beds. The remaining bedrooms feature King size beds. There is a pack n play provided.
This home provides a coffee maker that accommodates both K-cup and brew. The home is kid friendly. The garage has a ping pong table and and EV-Charger for those who are driving electric vehicles. There is a large pool with covered patio, and a Hot Tub.

Guest Access:
Guest will receive the door code 48 hrs prior to arrival.

The Neighborhood:
The Neighborhood is located next to a park which you can enjoy. The beach is only minutes away from the house.

Getting Around:
There are plenty of bike rental companies on the island that will deliver and pick-up bikes. There are also golf cart rental companies that will do the same. Beach essentials are provided, these include 12 beach chairs, beach wagon, some beach toys for the kids, and a 10x10 tent.

Other Things to Note:
Parking on Hilton Head Island is strictly enforced. No street parking is allowed. Noise ordinance is 10PM-8AM, however is monitored 24hrs a day. Hanging towels or other items on porch railings is prohibited. For your safety, we have installed cameras on the front porch and near the garage doors.

Interaction with Guests:
The management team will be available for any problems or questions you may have.

Awesome house and location

We stayed with 7 total couples for an out of town wedding. The house was very spacious, updated and clean. Each couple had their own bed room and the living areas and porches were great gathering spots for everyone.Being steps away from the beach was just the icing on the cake.

Great house for multiple families

We enjoyed our stay, the house was pristine and exactly as pictured. The pool and hot tub got a ton of use (would have been a bonus if there was a half bath on that level as we had to bring kids up and down quite a bit) but otherwise it’s a fantastic house and great for multiple families to get together. Kitchen was fully stocked and beds were very comfortable.

Wonderful beach house for a friend's group getaway

Our stay here was fantastic. We had 3 families at the house, so each family had plenty of room on each floor for parents and kids. The house is a 4-5 min walk from the beach, and there is a wagon and beach chairs available to bring along. We brought kites and sand toys and spent time on the beach almost every day. The pool and hot tub back at the house were both a hit with the kids. Overall, our stay was relaxing and fun. We'll definitely stay here again the next time we come to Hilton Head.The house was immaculate when we arrived and the bunk room upstairs was great. We have 3 boys and they loved getting their own big beds and sleeping in the same room. I like that the house is quiet too. I felt like I was able to go up and down the stairs when people were still sleeping and not disturb anyone. If any of the kids woke up crying, it never seemed to disturb families on different floors. The elevator is great too. Not only was it great not to have to carry all of our bags up 3 flights of stairs, the kids loved riding the elevator too.The property manager was also very communicative and prompt to respond, which was very nice.

Great family vacation home

This home is a perfect vacation home. We had family ages 2 to 66 and all of us enjoyed our stay. The kitchen has everything you need if you wish to prepare meals at home. The two washers and dryers were a bonus. The bunk room was perfect for the children and the other bedrooms were a nice size to accommodate the adults. Beach access is easy and with the wagon provided it was not a challenge taking things to the beach. This home is very clean and well taken care of, which as a renter is very much appreciated!

Family Thanksgiving

This home is beautiful and has everything you need, right down to hair dryers in each bathroom. Bedrooms are very spacious and the bunk room on the top floor is great for the kids. We loved the location! Five minute walk to the beach & the park is right at the end of the street where we played pickleball & basketball and got on the bike path. The propane tank was empty for the fire pit so we had to fill that. We contacted the property manager about having the pool heated on the day we arrived. She got back to me promptly and informed me that the didn’t realize the propane was low for the pool so we had to wait 2 days for the kids to use the pool. Aside from those two issues I would highly recommend this property!

Great for families!

We had our family reunion here. Plenty of space for everyone. You can't get any closer to the beach, and we had no reservations about letting kids walk over in unsupervised groups. There's an elevator, which was a godsend for grandpa's bum knee (the kids liked playing with it too). Management was very responsive in helping us find and set up the portable crib for our infant. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent choice for group beach trip!

We had a group of 23 (!!) and this house suited us perfectly! Plenty of sleeping arrangements including a super-fun bunk bed area for the kids on the top floor. Location can’t be beat with an easy 4-5 minute walk until you are on sand. Pro-tip: bring a wagon to haul your beach gear down the walkway to the sand. There were a few minor maintenance issues that we either fixed ourselves and/or reported to the property manager, but nothing that would prevent us from booking again. Thank you for a great stay!

Family Vacation 2024

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The beautiful home is located steps away from the beach and we could not have asked for more. The home was very clean and well kept. The pool was wonderful and the kids absolutely loved it. Elise and Ken were prompt and check in was easy. If you are thinking of booking dont hesitate just do it.

Family Retreat

There were 5 couples, ages ranging from 50 to 80. The house was beautiful! It was large enough to accommodate our group and the amenities were much needed and appreciated. We had our own swimming pool, a hot tub, 2 car garage, 2 driveways and an elevator. There were 7 bedrooms, 4 with an ensuite, and 2 additional shared bathrooms. The kitchen was a cook's dream. It was fully equipped with plenty of space for food prep and storage. There was an island with 5 stools and a dining table for 10 with 2 additional chairs for use. The property was in close proximity to the path to the beach which was a plus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Family Vacat

We had a wonderful stay at this home! Meticulously well kept and everyone raved about the location, pool!!! The only one issue was every one who drove including the Lyft driver scraped their cars in the rock when going in and out of the driveway. Hope to be back soon!!

Vow Renewal with Family

This house is perfect for any Hilton Head family vacation. The beach is a short safe walk from the house, just right for our family pictures and beach vow renewal. The beach wagon was used along with beach chairs. When we returned back there was an outdoor hose to wash what we used off to keep it clean. Every couple had their own private bedroom and bath. The kiddos had their space upstairs with a bathroom. The pool was the perfect size for our family of 12 and the hot tub was enjoyed by all. Plenty of space for people to sit poolside or for those who wanted the shade under the fan. The shower located outside was perfect to wash off from the beach or pool. The patio in the back was nice extra space for people to enjoy. We didn’t use the bbq but it was nice knowing it was there in case. The location to restaurants, grocery stores, miniature golf, bike/running paths were great knowing everyone utilized everything around the local area. The management company was FABULOUS with response times and answering questions. Definitely a place for families to rent to enjoy each others time, the beach, and the local entertainment

Great Family House

We enjoyed staying at this property! Elise was very responsive, kind, and helpful. When we had a minor inconvenience, she responded quickly and fixed the issue. Great location and a very short walk to beach access. The house has all king beds (minus the bunk beds) which is always a plus. Only downfalls were that we wished there was a bathroom by the pool and another full bathroom on the third floor. We otherwise enjoyed our stay and recommend this house!

Amazing house - Great location

Great house for our family of 23. House was spacious, clean and a quick walk to the beach. Host was quick to respond when we had any questions or concerns. We would stay here again when visiting Hilton Head!

Lovely beach house

The home is perfect for a large group. We had 8 adults and 7 children. Room for everyone. Family friendly with high chair, pack n play, bunk beds, beach chairs, beach wagon and tent, pool table. Large fridge, great appliances, fully stocked kitchen, double washers and dryers, etc. Beautifully decorated with lovely artwork Wonderful house! Enjoy your visit. Property managers are awesome too!

Highly Recommended

This property was wonderful. You are just steps from a beach access point, walking pathways, and a park with fields. Most of the grocery stores are within a 5-7 minute drive and there are several nice golf courses very close by. There are a lot of dining options within 10 minutes of the house as well. The property was immaculate and looked just as nice, if not better, than the photos portrayed. The pool and hot tub were musts for our family and used quite a lot. The outdoor lounge areas were great and the home offered plenty of space for all 13 of us to spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other. The hosts provided beach items like chairs, a tent, and toys that can be used. They were very communicative any time I reached out during the week as well.

A beautiful place to stay

House tastefully decorated, had all of the necessary appliances and accompaniments. Did not have a Keurig but did have a coffee maker. Excellent location to beach, close to shopping and golf courses. Ample space for our group of 12 adult ladies. Would highly recommend this home and would definitely consider returning.

Amazing place to stay, everything expected and more!

Our family of 24 people gathered for a 4 day weekend for my husbands 60th birthday. This home was very warm and welcoming, spacious and supplied with everything imaginable right down to the smallest of items, they thought of EVERYTHING! There is a grocery store (Kroger) close by that will have anything you need for groceries. Beach access is steps away and the home is equipped with beach chairs, canopy tent and wagon to help get items to the beach The property manager was very attentive to our questions and needs, which only was that we wanted the pool heated, kudos to Elise and Ken!
