Great view, location and host

Everything is what you want from a VRBO in San Diego. Beautiful views, clean place to stay and convenient location with extra amenities like beach gear so you don't have to pack those things (beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc)

Great Stay with Beautiful Water Views

I really enjoyed my stay at this rental. The apartment was very clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The view of the water was fantastic, and I even saw dolphins from the living room every day—a definite highlight!The location was super convenient, within walking distance to the pier, stores, and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. Plus, it’s only 15 minutes from the airport, which made getting in and out hassle-free.Overall, a great place to stay, and I’d definitely consider coming back!

Awesome condo and location in Pacific Beach

Our family of four had everything we needed during our stay, and then some! The condo was great! You absolutely can't beat the views and location of this place! Great entertainment watching the surfers and dolphin sightings. Highlights included the beach towels, beach toys, and boogie boards available to use. Our kids loved the beach AND the available pool and hot tub. Jim, the host, was responsive and accommodating with great communication. Highly recommend!!

Another great stay in PB

This was our 2nd visit to this property. It’s a great place in a great location and the unit has everything you need. We appreciate that the kitchen is well stocked so you can cook some decent meals. Host is helpful, accommodating and an excellent communicator. We definitely recommend!

Excellent PB Stay!

Jim’s place is in an excellent location in PB with beautiful views of the Pacific. The condo is very comfortable with all of the amenities you’d expect. Jim was very communicative and offered easy check-in and check-out. Highly recommend!

Fun at the beach!

Bob was in the ocean, and I was lifeguard. He’s really just a kid, loves body surfing, it was good in his new wetsuit! We’ll be back! Excellent location!

Wonderful Stay

We totally enjoyed our visit to Pacific Beach. Check in was easy. The location is great with an amazing view. Jim (the host) has everything that you need in the condo, including for the beach. I would definitely recommend.

Great oceanside stay

We had a great experience here. Jim was very communicative with checking in and out. Everything was clean. The view and the access to the beach cant be beat. Jim also has beach chairs and other beach accessories that came in handy for our beach visits. We would stay again!
